I ordered an ivory wedding dress from Vbridal and received a clearly PINK dress. Also, the quality is terrible and the underlay and lace layers are glued together. I emailed to request a refund and they refused to give me a refund for my order, but instead offered me a 10% discount toward my next order-- as if I would ever want to order anything from them again! Also, they told me that although they offer 4 color choices on their website for the dress I ordered (pink, white, ivory, champagne), they responded saying (in summary) that the color doesn't matter and depends on lighting. Their quote: "We have checked and the lining color will remain the same as the picture color no matter what color you choose for the dress. We can totally understand that customers mainly check products by the pictures shown on the website when shopping online. Affected by the resolution and the lighting, some details may not be presented very well and easily to be overlooked." Are you kidding me? A PINK dress is not the same as an IVORY dress. They are a complete scam!

DO NOT order from this company. They are scammers and stole my money ($220.79!). I filed a credit card dispute to get my money back and I won't back down until they pay me a FULL REFUND. I'll send the crappy dress they sent me if they pay for me to ship it back to them. They also told me that I can "sell the [pink] dress to a friend for a good price". Are they serious? This company needs to be reported and shut down.

Perfect dress!
I found a dress that was nearly perfect, and asked customer service if it was possible to make some alterations. They were very helpful and made my dress exakly how I wanted it to be. And the fabric was very luxury. The dress size was perfect.
I ordered without extra lenght because I was wearing flats, but if you have an underskirt, it is good to have some extra lenght because it make the dress a little bit shorter. I recommend this site to everyone who want a beautiful dress for special occasions.

It is the first time I bought from Vbridal (actually the first time I was buyng from any Asiatic website) and I was a little scared about what I was going to receive (I need the dress to wear it in a wedding event), but the dress is actually very beautiful and well sewed.
Probably the only problem is that the top of the dress in the breast part is too big and doesn't correspond to the 90cm I was expecting, but it can be tighten very easily by any seamstress.
I think I will buy again in the future from Vbridal

At first I was skeptical to order my dress for this occasion on line. However, after looking in stores and not finding what I was looking for, I decided to give it a try. The cost of the dress was far lower than what I would have paid for a comparable dress in the store. Plus, I was able to get the dress in a custom size, which worked perfectly. The dress arrived in a timely fashion and was absolutely beautiful. The dress is well made and the detailing is impressive. I received many compliments on the dress while I was at the wedding. I am so happy I ordered the dress. Thank you for the wonderful service.

I ordered my dress for a wedding in August. The next day the bride had a change of heart about the color selection. I email to get the color changed and the site emailed me back that my dress had already been cut out and was being prepared. After three weeks I checked on the order and was told they canceled the order because of my color change inquiry. They CANCELLED my order but had not issued a REFUND and NEVER contacted me about my REFUND. KEEP YOUR MONEY, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY--VBRIDAL I had to

I bought two dresses. Both stunningly beautiful. Hand-tailored, top-of-the-line fabric. Took them to my local seamstress for minor alterations for the perfect, custom fit. When buying, take your measurements, and the size from their sizing chart that fits closest. Then take to a local seamstress for your final fitting (if necessary).

I truly look forward to wearing my dresses. One for my upcoming marriage- wanted simple, elegant, knee-length, pink. One as a guest at a wedding, same day.

I received compliments on the dress at my daughter's wedding. I was, however, disappointed that the dress was not as presented in the photo. The netting on the upper portion was white and not nude or a skin tone. You should inquire the customer what color netting they would prefer. The dress was still pretty and fit me very well. All those I have contacted with your company have been very professional, but there seems to be a slight language barrier at times.

Det negativa jag kan säga är att en fråga av många på chaten var inte korrekt besvarad men är ändå nöjd. Vid första snabbprovningen av klänningen så ser inte knapparna i ryggen ut att sitta i exakt rak linje, tror dock att det är lätt åtgärdat, kanske till och räcker med att stryka den.

Customer service surpassed any customer service I have ever received with an online purchase. As most people dont, I did not read the processing time before purchasing. Between tailoring and shipping it's approx. 16-21 days and I ordered 18 days before an event. I emailed them 5 days after order to express concern with delivery date and within one day got a response and was told they would do everything they could to get it to me 2 days before the event. At that time I modified measurements as I decided to measure myself since we were cutting it short on time and wouldnt be able to get it altered here. I was told they would adjust the measurements no problem and it would still be on schedule. Dress arrived 2 days earlier than anticipated! The dress is EXACTLY as pictured and the quality of the fabric is exquisite. Fabric is silky yet thick enough to give breast some support and measurements were perfect.
L-O-V-E the dress!

When I originally placed my order I had no idea that it would be coming from Hong Kong. Immediately went online and read the reviews and begin to panic because the rating was so low. My son was getting married in a few weeks and I was really concerned that my dress would not make it on time or even get here at all.
I want to sing praises to VBridal. One for the excellent customer service, 24 the timeliness of when I received my dress, and more importantly three for the quality and the beauty of the dress. My dress fits perfectly and it's gorgeous! I can't wait to wear it at my son's wedding.

I ordered my dress on July 3rd and it arrived on July 19th. Very impressive. Then I opened the parcel, and when I tried on the dress it fitted perfectly, as though someone came to my house and measured me. The stitching is perfect and the fabric has a weight that means that the dress hangs beautifully. The lacework is stunning especially at the cuffs and hem. The beading around the bodice is perfectly done. I can't fault this dress and the service I received.
