I had an amazing experience with one of the sellers. My book was never delivered and tracking info was not available. The seller offered to refund my money right away or send me another book. I decided to accept the refund and my money was refunded immediately. With another seller it took nearly 2 weeks to receive my book. The seller was not as helpful and considerate as the first one, however eventually my book arrived. This time I opted for expedited shipping as my university is on an expedited track so I don't have a lot of time to wait for books to arrive.
I couldn't get the city to enter when placing my order. I called customer service and they said to put the city on the street space. I did and it worked. But how is anyone supposed to know that? I like Valore but the shopping cart is flawed.
Very convenient, affordable and reliable. Return is simple, instructions easy to follow and it doesn't cost you a thing.
I purchased a book from ValoreBooks a week ago and ask if I can receive my Book faster since I need it for my coming quiz.
I've been waiting fro my book for more than one week and then when I opened my Order I sow that my order is cancelled.
How this is possible? They DID cancel my order without any reason and even DID NOT contact me?! Seriously? WHERE IS CUSTOMER SERVICE?
Because of them I am going to fail my first quiz.

Great site. Whenever in need of book for school, this is the place to look. Has greats deal on used and new books. You can even rent books here and all their books are in fair condition.
Having the ISBN number makes it precise and friendly to insure an accurate order experience. They gave the timeliness of the produce at the price. They were willing to hold my order for a limited amount of time while I was in the decision process.

Since my daughter has been in her nursing class, this has been the perfect site to order her books. It is easy to find the books and it is wonderful to be able to rent or buy the books at a reasonable price.
Cancelled order without even notifying. And they did it more than once. No reasonable explanation from customer service.

Was cheaper than my college bookstore. 10/10 would most likely use again. The only real downside is this 100 character minimum on the reviews. I have nothing more to say beyond that my college bookstore is the worst.
