Sold older edition of book as "alternate version." The content was not the same like they claimed it would be on their website. Would not pay for return shipping on refund despite dishonesty representation of materials.
I've bought by books for 2 semesters, and never had a problem. I order the books, they send them. I have rented textbooks as well, and I appreciated their label being available, and plenty of warning as to when they needed to be returned. I sent them the day of, and that was it.
They always have the books that I am looking for and at amazing prices. I really recommend this site to any college student like myself!

I've searched 5 sites for the least expensive price and I found it. I did a google search found this company and I will be sure to tell my classmates I just saved 20.00 on my rental if I went to Barnes and Noble. It was more expensive to rent this book on Amazon. I'm happy I found this book rental website.

I had order a book before my classmate and I received the wrong book and she received right. So I asked for them to resend me the correct book and was told the book was no longer available. Like really! So I go back online and reordered the book yet again to see if it was available. Well let just say I have to see if the right book come this time. Not a happy camper and I have assignments DUE

Their service team is wonderful if you have questions or any issues and I have not received this kind of personal care from a textbook site quite like I have from ValoreBooks. I have tried a couple other book sites in the past and they have quickly lost my trust, but I keep coming back here.
The prices on some of these books seems to be very out of line. It says retail $15.00 and then it is sold for over $60.00 what gives?

I asked the chat person (Paula username) to clarify if "alternate edition" means that edition number of the book may differ (3rd ed. Or 2nd ed.) or if it means that it may differ just in terms of 'teacher' or 'international' edition only. He/she said he cannot elaborate and said that i shouldn't buy the book if i have doubts like that. I am a fan of valorebooks but the fact that a simple clarification could not be made by their chat customer representative is disappointing. This is my first time trying chatting with them and the chat-person did not sound friendly. Not good customer service.

My books always come quick and are always cheap. Galore has created trust between us and I will always buy from valore.
I entered my credit card and shipping information, ordered the book, and then went to track my package to find out that my Order was Cancelled on their end.
They could not provide me with a reason why, and when they tried the reasons did not even apply to my situation.
I am EXTREMELY displeased that I have entered my personal and credit card information to not be provided with a product.
I am now without a book that I need for class.
