I placed the order for the book I needed 2 days before the start of the semester. I logged in 3 days after I placed the order to check the status and it said "cancelled". I freaked out. When I contacted the renter they told me the order had never been sent to them from ValoreBooks. I contacted ValoreBooks and all they were able to tell me was that "sometimes the verification system cancelled orders". The customer service rep at ValoreBooks offered me the option to order again and she would make sure the order went through. I did and she did. She was also able to reimburse me the different for the expedited shipping. That was a nice thing to do, but it got me thinking... luckily I had another $40 to spare and was given a pardon by my professor. Not all students are in the same situation. Nonetheless, I will be getting the refund for the first order in 2-7 days. I would've appreciated a message from ValoreBooks notifying me that the order had been cancelled.
Moral of the story: Check to make sure your order wasn't cancelled by the ValoreBooks verification system, because they won't notify you.
The book i received had not a single page that was bound in the book. All were out of order as if someone just threw them in there. On top of that when i contacted the company they were useless and after a while began to ignore me and not reply. I got pissed off and said i was going to contact management and then all of the sudden i got a reply. WHAT A JOKE. Worst customer care of any company I have ever experienced.

Very cheap and very good quality! Super Satisfied with the outcome. Both of my books were used but they feel and look brand new! It sounds too good to be true but its not!

I ordered a book, it stated that it was on it's way but then for some reason, a reason no one can provide me with, my order was canceled and the money was taken out. I was told that the money would go back and that I needed to re-order.

I want to found a book for college and i did at the time. About a week later i found out my order for my math book was cannel and no one email about it. They saying i should of have my 56.93 dollars back. But i guess not. How could some one don't tell you about an order that was cannel and u couldn't the money back so why would i go back on this stie and order the same book if they just going to mess around with u and take your money and vet a $#*! who you are and why u not getting a book. So please don't buy on this stie ever

Your web site does not allow PO box's to be put in with out a physical address first. I can not have things sent to my physical, and I know thats exactly what is going to happen. Fix your site!
Hi there! To input a PO box into our address field, you need to put the street of the post office in the first line. This lets us know what post office you're using. The PO Box number goes in the second line. If you have further questions or would like assistance with this process, let us know!
I compared the prices of the books I rented to other sites and this came out cheapest. Although I think the shipping fee per book is unnecessary and would probably rack up in price compared to other sites if I had newer or different books. Can't wait to see what condition they come in.
My books cost too much at the college site. I am happy I came across this site because I would not have been able to purchase the books I need for my two college courses. Valor books canceled my order twice without telling me it has been canceled. They told me to call the bank to check why it was canceled or if i had any transactions missing but they said no

My experience with purchasing international books from ValoreBooks has been exceptional. I've gotten textbooks for a tenth of the price of what Amazon sells them for, and the only thing different about the cheaper textbooks is that they're paperback and in black-and-white. These differences I can live with.
I bought a book but the seller canceled on me ValoreBooks did not email me to notify me about the cancelation. If they would of emailed me saying that that the seller cancelled I could of reordered it right away. I have to wait another 2-4 days. They usually do better but not this time.

Answer: DONT DO IT! This place is shady with business. They may or may not send you the products or even your money. It seems like a great website with great reviews, but dont be fooled
