Googled the name of the show we wanted to see and there website came up. We thought it was the website for the venue, so we made the purchase and kept thinking wow the price seemed high. I looked at my email conformation and realizes it was not from the venue. When digging deeper in google I found the venue website and checked the prices of the show and found out I paid double to vacations made easy then what I would have paid if I would have booked thru the venue a costly almost 200.00 mistake! Venue price 230.00 vacations made price 410.00 I called them within minutes of realizing my mistake and asked them to void out my transaction, letting them know I realized I didn't book with the venue but thought I had as they popped up when I googled the venue. I explained that there pricing is double the real cost and I would just like to void the transaction or have it processed for a refund. I was told there would be a 35% fee they would keep to do the refund WOW! They sure must know they are scammers to have a fee like that, lots of customers must have realized they had been duked and tried to get refunds, so the company has it set that they win no matter what. Who knows, if they did ever have a great deal I might have been a customer again but with them not doing the right think I will never buy anything from them and I will be sure to tell everyone I know about there scam of a business
I only gave them a 1 since I cannot give them a negative number or 0! I accidently clicked on their website and purchased tickets with the disclaimer at the top saying that you could get 100% refund until 48 hours before the event. That was a lie. I tried to cancel the transaction and could not when I realized i was not on the actual show website. I called them and they said that the disclaimer said 65% credit or a future travel voucher for a year. They also said that i completed the purchase 1.5 hours ago. The lady was rude and refused to transfer me or give me any contact info. The phone service actually states for customers to not be rude. That told me that they are in the business of tricking people! I found out later that the tickets were available for the date and time that I wanted and that the real tickets were $40 cheaper! Also they do not tell you that you have to go to their location in all of the traffic to pick up the tickets.

This is a scam. We thought we were on the vendor's site. Not until we paid and tried to get our vouchers did we learn we were on Vacations Made Easy site. Then we were given the option to pick up our ticket or print it out. We tried to print but were told that was not allowed. We received two more emails telling us to print out our vouchers but each time we were not allowed to print. When we went to pick up the vouchers, we were directed to a business office. There were no signs posted and finding their office took about 20 minutes. Then we found out why they wanted us to come in. They wanted us to listen to their time share speal! We were able to get our vouchers without listening. This was a Tahoe paddle boat tour. Stay away from these people if you can help it. But I do not know how to avoid them when we thought we were on the vendor's site.

Whatever you do don't go thru these people absolute ripoff, wife ordered tickets to dinner and à show, thought she was going thru box office tickets ended up Casting 50$ more à piece, they refuse to refund my purchase said they don't refund same day sales they're 48hr refund police starts next day after purchase which is useless. When the show is 6hrs away lesson learned I guess very shady company gouvernement should prosecute people like this who ripoff consumer on a regular basis

BEWARE! This company is a SCAM! I wanted to book tickets for the Pirates Voyage dinner show in Myrtle Beach. From that website, it said adult tickets were $54/person. I clicked on "purchase tickets" and was led to the vacationsmadeeasy page. I just assumed that was how you purchase tickets... silly me! I proceed to put in my payment info and purchase the tickets. Stupid me, I didn't question the grand total until after the fact. They had charged me $635, which comes out to $81/person! Nowhere during the checkout process was that price listed. When I called to cancel, of course I wasn't able. I could either receive a 65% refund, or the total amount in a vacationsmadeeasy voucher for future use. The supervisor I spoke to was unable to explain where the extra $200 was going, or why the website was so unclear. All she said was "we've been in business for 30 years." I guess what that translates to is "we've been scamming people for 30 years." Shame on them! Do not be a sucker to their scam like I was!

Vacations made easy I ordered 2 tickets to red neck comedy tour bus and paid for them and then found out we had a issue about going the next day so called to get a refund and they said we could only get 65 percent of the money back witch I was not happy with since it had only been like 12 hours since purchased. Will not use app again

We recently purchased tickets to the general Jackson Showboat. The price I paid was for standard seating yet was more than the premium seating. When I called to discuss this with a supervisor, whose name was Shelby, she told me she could only give me a 65% refund. After stating my case she stated she could give me a 90% refund. She never agreed to give me 100% of my money back even though the purchase had just been made minutes before. On top of that they wanted me to go to a location to pick up the tickets instead of emailing them to me. I never raised my voice or got angry. However I stayed persistent, And she eventually hung up on me.

We went to the Grand Ole Opry and was some how sent yo this sight. They over charged me for ticket to the Country Music Hall of Fame with a tour of studio B by $50.00! DO NOT USE THIS SIGHT! Then they try to scam you into some time share sales pitch to get $100 bucks back! LIARS AND CHEATS! Tickets are at a time share place!

This company is a total ripoff! They advertise tickets to Country Tonite at Pigeon Forge as "Buy one get one free", but this is NOT TRUE. Their price is $57 per ticket and the price on line with Country Tonite is $39, discounted to $34. If you have to cancel with Vacations Made Easy for any reason, you CANNOT GET YOU MONEY BACK. In addition, if you have to cancel less than 72 hours before the event, you not only won't get your money back, but you will be charged a $50 CANCELLATION FEE! Please DO NOT USE this company. If you do, you will be sorry. I sure am.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE! It is a SCAM! Booked a sunset cruise only to never get any confirmation... called in and was told my card did not go through because of zipcode error and they ask if we would like them to reprocess which we told them NO! Because they knew too much info without us giving them any! Booked from the actual cruise website for 20$ cheaper to find out a day later they actually did reprocess my card and charged me $117. FRAUD! Husband asked if they recorded phone conversations to which they replied yes... so clearly they hear us tell them not to rerun our card. Looks like we will be getting a lawyer!

This company has mastered the art of deception! They manage to get your information and then your money having you overcharged by 30%! You buy, then your told to pick up from an alternate area, then you can go to the show not knowing you're out a large sum of money because they are dirtbags! NEVER EVER EVER USE THEM!

I looked up tickets to a dinner theater in Pigeon Forge, Tn. Their website is the first one that came up and I thought they were the venue ticket sellers. I purchased the tickets and then looked further online and found the actual venue website. The ticket prices were 56.00 on the actual website - 112.00 for two adults. These shysters charged me 142.00. When I realized this, I went back to vacations made easy website to cancel and saw that they would not refund my money except 65% of it, or give me a voucher to use with them later. Why would I do business with someone who shafted me once already? I placed the purchase on my AMEX card so I called them. They asked me to call vacations made easy and so I did. I talked to a rep and again they refused to refund my entire amount of money. I told them what I thought of them and as soon as it clears with AMEX I will contest it and get my money back. Look these idiots up at the BBB website. They have a "DO NOT DO BUSINESS" with these people notice because they have been doing this crap for years obviously to a lot of people. Do not go near this company.

Purchased 2 tickets to the Sounds of Motown for 116.00. When we got to the show and exchanged our vouchers for tickets, the price on each ticket was 25.00. So I paid Vacationsmadeeasy 116.00 for 2 tickets which should have cost me 50.00. Total rip-off.
Purchased 4 tickets from them 3 weeks before my event. 4 days before travel they called to say it was sold out and I did not have tickets! Refused to let me speak with a manager.
They have a no refund policy, what they fail to understand is policy is not law. Out of 558.00 I only received 362.00 back and needed a lawyer to get the rest. I am posting this review on Facebook and anywhere else I follow to maybe help someone else to avoid a problem. STAY AWAY FROM THEM
We purchased a Clearwater Beach dolphin cruise online for two people. We were charged $105.00
For the two tickets. When we went the day of the cruise tickets were $26.99 and this was the normal price. We called called Vacation Made Easy because they are a third party and asked why they cgarged us teice the amount and if they would refund the difference. They refused to do so. The boat tour company also was only paid $50.00 from Vacation Made Easy. So they actually lost money on our tickets. The boat company tried to get a refund for us as well. The supervisir from Vacstion made easy was very rude. I will never usethis company again or reccomend them to anyone else. They steal you blind!
