Woke up that morning feeling so sick to my stomach. Ended up missing the boat. When I called them; they had absolutely nothing in place for this situation. Once you are in this situation where it's out of your control; no refunds no rollover into anything else they just pocket your money and that's the end of it. Very poor management if you ask me. These situations are bound to happen to people they should expect that. This was my first and last time ever using them and I will make sure that all my friends are aware of my experience with this place. Horrible!
Terrible experience! Motel they booked us in after confirming Holiday Inn was horrid. No elevator, filthy, lack of towels, dirty blankets, carpet was sticky, no breakfast bar, smoke smell was so strong we gagged. Company would not do a thing!

Bought tickets from this company the bus tour was a complete waste of money not comical at all it was just about the moonshine still in gatlinberg and if you're not a drunk you will be out of place on this tour we left the tour when it stoped at the still in gatlinberg and rode the trolley back to our cars I called the company to see about a refund and they said no.

I ordered tickets for white waterrafting at 4:00p.m. On 7. 6. 21. I Called on 7. 7. 21 10:00 a.m. when they opened to get a refund because I found the exact same tickets for less than half of the 350.00 they charged. They told me I couldn't get a refund but a voucher for the next year or I could get 30% refunded.My point was it hasn't been 24 hours since I purchased the tickets so I should be able to get a full refund. I ended up paying them 30.00+ to cancel, but the point is they upcharge everything & then in order for me to get the tickets I had to travel to one location and leave there and go to another. THEY ARE A 3RD PARTY VENDOR AND UPCHARGE EVERYTHING. PLEASE JUST GO DIRECTLY TO THE WEBSITE OF THE PLACE YOU WANT TO VISIT

Sure wish I had read reviews before using this site. Got tickets to Sight & Sound in Branson. I changed the date within an hour of my original purchase of 4 tickets & they charged my credit card an additional $40. And this was 2 months prior to the event. Then I realized I was being charged $80+ per ticket when I could have gotten them for $58 directly from the theater. Lesson learned. So when I went to pick them up, I was already ticked off. The man made me go outside & get my husband because he "had to have 2 signatures." Then he tried to sell us a deal for a trip anywhere to a timeshare for $79. When I told him I was upset about the change fee, he tried to give me a $200. American Express card, but only if I spent $79. For the timeshare. He even told me he doesn't work for Vacations Made Easy, he worked for the timeshare company. I don't know how these people live with themselves, ripping people off. Run from this company!

Purchased tickets to Ripleys aquarium and they sold me tickets to a dolphin sightseeing tour. Couldn't get anyone on the phone and two disputes filed thru paypal were both denied! Total scam!

We took a dolphin cruise today( June 10th) in myrtle beach. The guy who printed off my voucher for my tickets was very nice and helpful. He tried to find more discounts and rebates for me and my boyfriend. They didn't try to sell me a timeshare or anything. It was fast and easy. The tickets weren't overly priced either. We had fun and we will use them in the future.
We ordered 4 tickets to the Nashville Redneck Comedy Tour from them. When they confirmed, we discovered that they would not email or snail-mail the vouchers/tickets. They required that we pick them up at their office near Opryland Mall, a $55 Uber ride each way from our downtown hotel. I immediately called and canceled. They refused any refund, even though the confirmation says they would pay a 65% refund if canceled. So we stopped payment on our credit card. They then sent a different confirmation to the credit card company which said the order was non-cancellable. Still disputing with the credit card company.

This company, vacations made easy, is a crap show. Tickets were booked. Vacation came and we went to pick up tickets. They printed for the week before we ever came to South Carolina. No email, no text message, no voicemail EVER stated a date for the show so I had no reason to believe anything was wrong. They wouldn't make it right. They wouldn't refund me ANY money, and they were downright rude. Yet their voicemail recording said" we understand you are upset. Please keep your conversation polite and courteous. They DON'T. Stay away. I wish I could give ZERO stars. If this is their voicemail, you know people are getting screwed every day. THEY KEEP ALL OF THE MONEY. No matter what. Many reviews say they book wrong dates. Can't be we ALL are making the same mistake. Bad bad company.

Ad said buy one, get one, but they never tell you what their prices are. Found out they are double than if you purchased direct from attraction. Time share seller also. Could not get through with their 800 number on the site. Buy direct, then you can at least pick out your seats and save money, no hassle. Have to go to different location to pick up tickets, then go to attraction with voucher from them.
This is absolutely the worse place to go thru... they way over charge for stuff and refuse to refund all of YOUR money even if you cancel within a hour...

I felt the need to leave a review because last night I got extreme anxiety reading some other reviews online that made me think this place was a scam. They are a third party, so you are going to pay more by using them than if you would just go to the website of the place you are going, however, they have to make money too. That's EVERY business. They were very friendly and helpful when we went to pick up our ticket for the Pirates Voyage Dinner and Show. They didn't try to sell us anything or hold us hostage for any reason. They simply gave us our tickets and wished us well on our vacation. No harm done! While I was going through all of my anxiety due to other reviews, I had a question about the difference in a voucher and a ticket, and quite frankly, whether I'd even be admitted to the show. I called the show who confirmed our reservation and then picked up my ticket from the address that I was provided. No hang ups or anything! Hope this helps!
They promote a bus tour for 2 for a 100$, and all it is a bus ride from point a to b, DO NOT USE THEM

I used my credit card to pay for a fishing trip near Myrtle Beach, SC before reading reviews (my mistake), but the site assured that cancelations were allowed up to 48 hours before the trip. I called to cancel because of the HORRIBLE REVIEWS and wS told that I could get a gift certificate for the full amount or 65% of the full amount if I turned down the first option. Needless to say, I called my bank, canceled the card and ordered a new one. BUYER BEWARE!

5/24/2021 Seller did not disclose that I would have to drive an hour to pick up vouchers. During the checkout process, it requests how you want to receive your vouchers, email or their welcome center. After purchase I was told I could not get them by email because of the "BOGO offer" and I'd have to drive to their welcome center. When I stated I would have not purchased had I been told that, they offered a gift certificate (that I'd still have to go pick up) or a 65% refund. We are only talking about a few dollars, but very deceptive business practices. I'd avoid.
P.S. When you search online, it appears you're buying from the attraction. Be careful and look for their logo and "vacationsmadeeasy" Feels like they are trying to draw you in to high pressure sales.

My parents bought 2 tickets to the Grand Ole Opry through this agency. When I called to see if we could add a 3rd ticket and still sit together, the "supervisor" Shelby said they couldn't guarantee that we could sit together and that it would take up to 72 hrs. To make the changes. Are you kidding me? They charge a fee to supposedly make things "easy". When I told her that I could buy my own tickets through the Grand Ole Opry website real-time and without their outrageous handling fees, she became nasty, unprofessional, to the point that I asked to cancel the tickets at a $100 loss. I rather give them a beggar's sympathy fee than do business with an agency that has such nasty supervisors. They should change the name of the agency to "Vacations that make life miserable". Avoid doing business with this agency, it is better to go directly to the venue's website.

We purchased tickets for the Legends in Concert. We were charged $323.81 for four VIP tickets. When we received the tickets at the show the face value for the tickets was $199.80. The upcharge for the tickets was $124.00 or 62%
Don't use this service go directly to the venue website to purchase.
