Vacations Made Easy not so easy to figure out. They do not tell you that you need to go to a pick up point to pick up your vouchers until after you book your trip. After speaking to a supervisor they finally agreed to send me an email so I could print my voucher. The actual tour was really interesting and informative. Our driver was very knowledgeable about Nashville and the history of Country music.

Searched for Legends on line and their site popped up. Showed Norton 100 lowest price guarantee and I thought they were liget. Had to call several times to get tickets in email before trip to avoid sales pitch@ welcome center. Did not get until day of show. They charged 75 pr ticket once at show they showed 45 pr ticket. Called next day and they did nothing. They did not care. This is ticket scalping and price gouging. I only asked for 60 difference. They said NO. Recommend calling for tickets direct they are only 3rd party scalpers.
Great so fast and easy! Can't wait to see if it's as easy as they make it seem. We go on our first real vacation as a family next month. We're soo excited

Very disappointed with the return policy. Bought tickets for a tourist attraction later in the week and found out we had a family member pass away the same day. Called to ask for a refund and there is a 35% cancellation fee! Even for a death in the family they said that was the fee! Ended up selling the tickets to some other visitors but it still cost me $7. Much better than the $22 that it would have cost me for the "cancellation"!

Didn't see exactly where the seats were. And wish that I could print the tickets myself. Next time I will see if there is another option to purchase tickets that I don't have to try to find where to pick up adding additional stress to the vacation
