If i could give 0 stars I would. The worst company to make reservations with. We booked tickets for riverwalk boat tour but when we got there, they said the tickets need to be printed. We went to their office and found out they're closed. We called the customer service and they said we will give you credit for another activity. We got the credit then We called them again to use our credit for another activity then they said it's not possible. They are just scamming. Beware! Vacation made difficult not easy.
This made booking our vacation so easy. I didn't have to go to multiple sites and book all of the tickets separately.
It was easy to do. All was explained & easy to pick from.

The tour was fun even though we didn't see any dolphins. The crew was very friendly and helpful.
Good so far, but I'd appreciate less communication please. It is getting a little overwhelming. Also, it would just be better to pick up the tickets at the actual location. I suspect that I will be getting a sales pitch when I come to pick them up (and I have already paid for them, so will not be looking forward to any other sales pitches please and thank you!).
I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to book our tickets for the Pirates Voyage Dinner and show. I immediately recieved confirmation and information on where and how to pick up our tickets.

Ordered tickets for an event on our vacation. We got to the place waited in line for an hour in the heat. To our surprise we are told our tickets are for the later show but I'm holding my reservation paper in my hand that shows 6 seats for the earlier show. I was told by the manager that I had to go through vacation made easy to find out who changed the time and seating. Of course vacations made easy denied they changed it. I have 4 kids waiting to eat at this show who stood in the heat for an hour and now we have to wait three hours for the next show. 60 dollars a ticket and we get set at different tables in the nose bleed section. The said part is not one person offered to try to do a dam thing for our trouble or anything. I will never use this company again and I won't be going back to the establishment either. Use extreme caution with this company.
