Lot of information requested during meeting about getting points or discussion with a representative which stressed my wife and caused a delay of our plans to arrive early for a show which was playing 15 min away
That. Vouchers need to be provided a different way that doesn't waste people time during vacation.

My experience was fantastic. The gentleman that provided the vouchers was friendly courteous and helpful.

Easy to learn & consider & book an event but confirmation & communication is not received much

Pretty easy to select & pay for activities in the area and on the dates and times we wanted.

Fairly easy to navigate and add/remove items from cart to plan trip

I had made reservations to see a pigeon forge show but had to cancel. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Seems pretty easy and straightforward - just need to confirm that this booking is for 2 separate rooms and that the hotel has a record of our booking

Fine if you actually deliver the tickets it would be fine. Before I had to pick them up in an obvious sales pitch for time shares and it looks like you are going to do that again. That practice is unethical and aggravates me. When you charge as much for service fees I should get the vouchers via Email or regular mail and not have to put up with this kind of cheap marketing ploy.

Easy very helpful but even though I receive confirmation it refuses to print my voucher and intenerary

Easy and nice. The only thing I would like to see is the tickets to be emailed to you. Especially if your only there for 1 or 2 days. It gives the visitor more time to enjoy the vacation.
