So far all has worked great! I booked with my CC but was told I can't get a charge back & pay in cash once I arrive. If that proves to be true. I won't be back. My cash should be accepted anywhere. If I stay on a Disney property that is no problem

My husband and I were excited about embarking on a kayak tour, so we decided to book one through Vacations Made Easy. Despite completing the booking process, receiving a confirmation email, and being charged for the tour, we were shocked to later receive a message informing us that individuals over 64 were not allowed to participate. We were then instructed to call a number to request a refund. This policy felt discriminatory, especially considering our fitness level and experience as kayak owners. We were visiting our home in Florida when we made the reservation, and it's disheartening to encounter such age-related restrictions. Moving forward, we will avoid booking with them again.
Both tours we booked with them didn't go as planned. The first one was a riverboat tour. We got there and the company had no record of our tickets, AND THE TOUR HAD BEEN CANCELED. The originating company was nice enough to re-book us on a later tour, and eventually found our reservation with incorrect contact information, both phone number and first name.
The second tour was for what we thought and was advertised as a cemetery tour. Nope! It was a "walk by the outside of a cemetery" which is like saying a "tour of the empire state building" when they walk by it on the street.
Their phone tree lies about the help desk being domestic as the reason they aren't available, and then gives incorrect times they will be open when compared to the website. The information on their mobile site is different than on the main website.
Just don't use these guys. Absolutely no use.
First sold me a hotel room that did not exist, refunded and called me to book a new room. Promised me on the phone that I could cancel if I found a hotel closer to the original they promised. Ripped me off for $23.30 cancelation fee when I did.

When canceling a reservation made by my 8-year-old, within an hour of placing the order, they refused to give me my money back. My options were to receive a gift card for another tour with the company OR 35% back due to a cancellation fee. Beware of this when booking through this company.

We booked tickets for Dollys Stampede and we're told we were all set. Then the day of the reservation we got a call saying it was sold out and couldn't go! I realize we were booking on short notice but if they were sold out they should have known the night I tried to book! I will call them directly from now on! We had disappointed children from out of town! We didn't have time to go somewhere else!
