My wife and I were looking into snow tubing at Rowdy bear came across a deal 2 for 1 decided to try,so far the experience has been simple
Booking was reasonably easy. The only reason I didn't score 5 was because the gentleman at the customer service desk (Mr Adkins is the name he gave me) at Vacations Made Easy office we were told to go to get our vouchers refused to give them to us. He said it was a timeshare that would take 90 minutes and we wouldn't get all that we'd paid for. That panicked us. I called the original number that we set things up with. Vivian told me she fixed our account so that we could pull vouchers up on my phone. It worked but I arrived very early at all events so they could verify my information with what was on file. Maybe, since your contact in Nashville appears to be "shady", you should find a more dependable voucher contact or make vouchers available only on our phones. The events were enjoyable. Other contacts at your office who where helpful were Adam and Ace.
So far so good! Tickets were ready when we picked yup and they were front row seats!

So far it's been easy. However, I would like to pick my own seats and I didn't see an option for that.

Booked a vacation through them at a fair price. They have a scam where they double the actual price of the ticket and tell you your getting a buy one get one free discount. Realized the excursion I booked was and hour from my hotel and immediately called to cancel. They said sure - we can refund 65% and keep the other 35%. I said I just booked this 5 minutes ago. What a scam. Found the actual website for the excursion company and their policy ois cancel anytime. USE EXTREME CAUTION - YOU WILL NOT GET A FULL REFUND AS PROMISED
