They haven't delivered a package to me that was in town, ready to deliver on Thursday 12/23. I cleared a path from snow everyday. They said expected delivery was today 12/27. They didn't deliver it because it was snowing, like it does most days. I cleared a path again. I think I'll just go there tomorrow l, because they won't deliver if there is flurries. Meanwhile UPS is here quite often. Terrible service for an area that is expected to get snow.

No wonder USPS is going out of business. They take forever for packages. My one package has been in my state for 3 weeks now and still haven't gotten it. Delivery date keeps changing and I keep getting other people's mail. So unprofessional and slow.

If I could give ZERO stars I would!
Ordered some DND Dice for my husband as a stocking stuffer. They were delivered by USPS, didn't think there would be any issues but then again, I don't usually have any packages delivered by them. The package was delivered 4 days after ordering, (which is impressive IMO considering so many other individuals have yet to receive their packages). My package was delivered "in/at mailbox." When checking my mail, my package was not there. Living at a apartment complex, I came to the conclusion that the delivery driver can't read numbers correctly and stuck my package in the wrong mailbox, now one of my neighbors currently has my husband's Christmas gift and at no point do I see them doing the generous thing and knocking on my door to hand them over. Contacted the Company I ordered the dice through and they can't give me a replacement, or money back because USPS considers the package delivered. Now I'm SOL! Thanks USPS -- glad I didn't order the most expensive set of dice.
** Decided to lookup the reviews for USPS. After reading a dozen reviews this all makes perfect fukn sense, good job!

I thought I was being smart getting my granddaughters packages in the mail 2 weeks before Christmas. I was told if I went with ground shipping it would never get there before Christmas. So I paid for the priority mailing and the clerk assured me it would be there December 16th. It's December 20th and my granddaughters package still showing 2/3s of the way there and no idea when or even where it is now. I won't die because of it but it does break my heart. I don't get to spend much time with these two granddaughters and this was very special to me to be able to sent them something. I don't have alot of money so if it is lost I can't replace it for the lousy $50 insurance that priority mail offers.

USPS tracking system is a piece of rotten broken bull$#*! and I'm sick of it. You mother$#*!ers need a serious upgrade to get it correct. Several times I've had packages to be delivered and the system gives incorrect info each time. $#*! YOU and $#*! your 1902 tracking system. Yea wish I could give them no stars. The robot phone call is not helpful at all. They do not check if they are at the wrong address. Unreliable. Bought from a store on December 3rd and I've been checking the shop app multiple times this week because it was supposed to show up yesterday. I got no notifications at all and they said insufficient address. I checked and it was the correct address. Check next time you do this. This has happened other times in the past as well

If it wasn't enough dealing with missing mail, other people's mail delivered to me, people coming to my house to give me my mail that was delivered to them, local post office always full and only one person working, employees giving wrong information... Now the usps charges you to have your mail forwarded to your new address and you can only request the service online, BECAUSE while requesting it you et bombarded with advertising and literally are forced to accept unsolicited details of offers and coupons. If they could at least do their jobs and deliver our mail to the right address... SAD

I packaged some expensive ear buds to be shipped by USPS. The clerk said he would tape the box shut for me and the tracking number issued showed that it never left the original location. The package somehow got lost. I wasn't offered insurance and I didn't ask for any. USPS said my loss!

I don't know why it is so hard for our rural mail carrier to do his job. Seriously, his only job is to make sure we get our packages and mail. I ordered some special diet dog food for my diabetic dog. I look on Informed Delivery and it says it was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Looked on informed delivery again at the end of the day, because it should have been delivered and the scan said 'no secure location'. What? THis same carrier brought two large packages this week to me because they wouldn't fit in the box. I hurried and requested a re-delivery for today, and same freaking thing. I am frustrated and my dog does not have his special food. I am so tired of fighting for my items that I paid for.

I truly hate you guys now.
I paid extra to get important documents in 2 days, by the 26th of November. I still don't have it. The system shows it'll be MONDAY, 29th. REALLY? The holiday is for 1 day only. I paid for a reason and expected that to be on time. Ok, maybe one day later, but you people are Scammers: take money for extra service and never provide one!

NEVER TRUST USPS

The US postal service needs systematic reform. The USPS lacks transparency, integrity, and professionalism and ends up undermining its customer satisfaction at the basic level.

The Customer Service agents cannot help you. When you ask a question using its online chat service, the agents provide irrelevant answers.

The USPS had almost lost an international EMS package with a 10-day delay, and now it just lost my order that is worth $120. I just don't understand how apathetic they can be toward their job of shipping goods when they are paid for a gruesomely overpriced service.

It is an absolute pity that a 1-star rating is the worst I could give. I shouldn't have expected more.

Spectacularly Awful

You have to try to be worse than these people. To have a package delivered with three pieces of mail shouldn't be too difficult. But apparently the people hired here at the USPS find it very hard to place a package on the front porch and two pieces of mail in the actual mailbox. They decided to literally throw it all on the front porch, which included medical information and bank statements.

These people should be held accountable by the trees they are stealing oxygen from. I have seen better handled material in the times I was in a special needs classroom.

Please get better help than the mouthbreathers you currently employ.

Yo anyone looking to use the usps service for mailing You will be making a big mistake. It is the worst service to date. They lost my package and left me with a $270 debt and that is that. Every time I use their service they never let me satisfy they alway disappoint.

Please do not hold my packages at the postal office. The Monroe Oregon post office keeps holding my packages at the office they deliver other peoples packages up and down my street and on side streets for some reason they wanna hold mine. There's reasons why I need them delivered to my home I should not have to state the personal reasons why but that's why I order things online you've had my package since October 16 and another since the 18th you state that you attempted to delivery but that is a total lie you never once attempted a delivery you just use that statement too often. Now I need my packages and I need them delivered I did not order them so they were just sit there one of them was for someone's gift last weekend and they did not get their gift this post office in Monroe Oregon does not care about the neighborhood or the human beans do you need more help then you better hire more help because Christmas is only coming real soon.
