Will say package are delivered and not mail don't get places on time get other people's mail the mail service is no good any more it's not dependent able. Try not to use it if don't have to

The only time my packages are 4 or 5 days late when they get delivered by the post office! This is the third time in two weeks! Wth! UPS is never late! FedEx never late! Companies need to stop using the post office to deliver packages! Stop using the post office to deliver my packages. They suck at their jobs!

Keithville, La USPS ******* Keithville, La.******* has been having problems of missing or not delivered packages.I bought a starter from Amazon and carrier brought me a empty box.Also carrier lied and said I cursed her out when I never did.Now she claims she's unsafe and used that to not deliver my packages.Made a claim with corporate and they got on her side and said I have to pickup packages from post office when I have paid for the to be delivered to my residence,wow!Mind you this isn't the only incidence.Don't see how this post office is still operating.

Lost Priority Mail
March 4, 2023

I mailed a birthday gift by Priority Mail to my son in Temple,TX on February 15,2023 from West Virginia and went by air to Austin,TX showing on their tracking software arriving at the Austin Distribution Center on February 16th. I wanted to be sure it got there OK, thus sending it Priority Mail. So here it is March 4th 2023 and it still shows "arriving late, moving through network"! Temple, TX is a little over 60 miles from Austin! I have filed two complaints with case numbers up the chain at the USPS and they can't find the Priority Parcel! SAD! AUSTIN WE HAVE A PROBLEM!

USPS Priority

I can remember 20 to 30 years ago that a Priority would take 1 to 3 days any where in the lower 48 states. Yes, remote places could take more time. Thats understandable. Today and the last 10 years became 4 to 5 days for Priority. The USPS became very lazy. Even with management. Lazy government pukes.

Irresponsibles

Send my daughter and my grandchildren's gifts for Christmas (in October) with a value of 300 dlls, I paid 50 for the shipment and they lost it, I already went to the central office, called USPS 1800 and they only told me that it went to dead mail, terrible service the worst experience, they are irresponsible thieves. (McAllen to Denver)

It's unbearable!
Never use USPS for sending packages abroad!
And, If you decided to do, – note, it can be lost or in infenite "transition"... + It will take hours to reach a Customer Care agent!

I sent two packages abroad, one to Ukraine and another to Czech Republic. Neither one was delivered.
Package to Ukraine sent in November 7,2022 and it's complete lost
Package to our relatives leaving in Czech was sent in December 19, it supposed to be NY present and we were promised that delivery will take 5 to 10 business days... Today is Feb 24,2023, It's still in Transition...!

It takes hours to contact to the Customer Care Center... The answering robot is super stupid... It's unbearable and furious!

For some reason every carrier out, there can deliver packages to our property except united Postal Service even though we have a humongous box outside for some reason, it seems to me they cannot handle a simple package to be dropped on the huge box that says delivery right next to my mailbox, I don't give you guys a -5 star because there's no such thing

Unfortunately this is 2nd time USPS lost my package, Off course I did not insured them thus there is no way to put a claim that is crazy, they admitted and confirmed that they lost it thought there is no accountability.
No wonder UPS and Fed-ex are growing every day and sadly US post office is continuing their tribble services - Extremely disappointed.

Was stunned at the answer which was oh well well refund your 30$. Are you $#*!ting me that makes it alright. DO NOT USE THIS POSTAL SERVICE, THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN, after over a hundred years in business and you still cant get packages to destinations when amazon can, you don't deserve to be in business.

I haven't received my mail for several weeks but junk mail repeatedly. Missing my health insurance card, gift card and a W2 and some very important pieces of mail, informed delivery shows it will be delivered. Well I was told by USPS employee that she returned my mail to the sender. Then her manager came to speak to me as if she has all the right in the world to tell me the mail carrier will call me when my mail will be delivered still waiting for my mail and phone call. They even returned a Christmas card to sender. This has been happening for almost 2 years or more. I will find a way not to use USPS any more. No customer service etiquette. If USPS want to survive in this new day and age do more customer service trainings.

Which Way is North?
February 9, 2023

Mailed a letter with tracking at the local post office on December 23,2022 which I was hoping would arrive shortly after Christmas. This is the history of its travels until it was delivered on January 6,2023. FYI, Eugene is significantly south of Portland and Seattle is significantly north of Portland (wrong way Corrigan, lol?). Guess this explains why the PO says they don't have overnight delivery.

USPS is by far the worst shipping service in the country.My mail is early delivered on time,they are constantly raising shipping prices while at the same time making service worse.6 pieces of lost mail in the past year.If they say it'll be delivered in 3 days it won't,double that and add 2 days.First class is now a 7 day service,so is priority mail.Been waiting on a package that was shipped and has now disappeared, for many days past the delivery date.Package hasn't moved in 5 days.Absolutely the worst most pathetic mail service available.I will no longer use USPS,UPS is a much better service.Usps is about nothing but the money.They don't care about the service they are supposed to provide.Customer service sucks,shipping takes min.of 5-8 days for what was a 3 day delivery service before the moron Dejoy was made postmaster.DO NOT USE USPS FOR SHIPPING.Package will either arrive damaged if it arrives at all.As I said pathetic service all around.

Broke my statue

These clowns broke my statue & did not want to take responsibility. While being overseas I had wanted to send a little statue home. First of all, what kind of post office doesn't have bubble wrap? You mean to tell me this is a multi billion dollar organization & you can't supply your post office overseas for the troops with a simple thing like bubble wrap? Clowns. They had stuffed the box full of paper & sent it like that. It got damaged & even with warranty they said it wasn't their fault. SO if you want to ship something, ESPECIALLY if you are overseas try to NOT use USPS. Or go on Amazon & buy bubble wrap. Sad that it comes to that; where you need to buy bubble wrap because your USPS doesn't supply it. Also, how am I going to put a warranty on something for this EXACT reason & you don't even honor it? If you can, use any other shipping method. USPS, I hope you see this.

In a period of a month i have use usps next day delivery express supose to recice package by 6pm the first time i was supose the get it thursday by 6pm i came 4 day lat3 got miss handle hat to cancel vacation due to late delivery i decisr to give another change this time friday by 6pm is saturday and pqckage still half way of destination it means usps dont care so next time ill use fed ex because usps costing me money
