Tracking number never updates

US Postal Service is terrible service. I have important documents I mailed on Monday post to be delivered on Thursday and never got delivered. They do this every single year US Postal Service to get an update on their tracking system so they can actually update their customers tracking number.

Such trouble

Simply put, having small packages shipped through USPS should not be so complicated. Yet time and again, they prove to be plan ruiners. Unable to be timely and it isn't worth the hassle. I try to use other options when I can.

Worst ever, worse than FedEX!

Have never received my package, not with my neighbors, NOT ON MY STREET. Where did they deliver it to, across the country? Misplaced $50 worth of things that I will never get. HATE THIS COMPANY!

If I could rate them lower, I would. This $#*! is ridiculous because I filed a claim and now I can't get a refund when THEY lost my 70$ package that I've been trying to get from them for 2 MONTHS. This is $#*!ty customer service.

I have never had an unpleasant experience at the Universal city and Converse in Texas post office, they are fast efficient and very pleasant. The prices for the US Postal Service are very affordable thank you for a job well done.

There isn't enough space for me to write the 25 chapter book of my experiences? I have got wet mail on a dry day, opened mail (NOT open until the mail carrier got it, no blue bag) packages not delivered close to my mail box or in plain site, a gas bill not delivered because I was told, by the post office it wasn't important (I went to pick it up at the post office). The mail carrier said my sidewalk had too much snow on it, but delivered next door and I did snow removal for my sidewalk and 3 houses before mine at the same time and he delivered to those houses just fine? (a woman in heels walked by my house 4 times that day) I also didn't get an electric bill delivered for 2 days, after complaining, day 3 it was delivered? I have had a package sit at the post office from early Saturday morning until Sunday so they could pay a guy to come in Sunday and deliver packages? (The post office claims they are going broke because everyone uses the internet for mail) Even thou I am disabled (New York State disability), I was told by a mail carrier, I should be working? I watched a mail carrier going threw the mail looking for money, that's why I got a letter opened that had a financial return address? I have had my mail delivery time go from 8:30 - 9:30AM to 1:30 - 5:30PM because the person in charge at the post office decided they didn't like me and it will never be changed back! The more I complain to the main post office, the worse things get!

Mis sent packages

I buy a lot from ebay and almost every package I get is mis-sent and it's a day or two late and it's not once in a while it's with almost every package, I can't believe they can't get their s*** together! I'm really getting tired of it. They always missend it to Owensville Mo. I live 25 miles from their then they resend it to Columbia MO. Which is 70 miles from me. I would never use your service again if I didn't have to. Some body is dropping the ball!

DISGUSTED BY SERVICE

I had 5 packages being sent from 5 different people. Bc USPS worker told system I Had invalid address I stopped getting my mail & packages. I go to post office today and this nasty lady Covina whatever says you didn't pick up ur mail that's why it's all here. Um no u dumb $#*! w attitude it's ALL THERE BC YOU GUYS $#*!ED UP ROYALLY BY TELLING THE WORLD MY CORRECT ADDRESS FOR PAST 10 yrs WAS NOW INVALID WRONG ADDRESS.

Miss delivered package

Usps delivered my package to the house across the street from. I have it on camera. When I went up there to post office. They said they would have mail person retrieve it. It's a drug dealing house so I won't go near it. This was 3 days ago and still no package or response from usps. All our house on the street are clearly marked. No excuses. No wonder usps has the lowest rating and reviews. What happened to them. Used to be great.

Using the most poorly managed and rotten POS govt money stolen stinkhole on the face of the planet, makes anyone realize this organization needs to be removed from service immediately. Just give them one call and ask for an agent and see how you'll get more automated BS pushed through your ear instead of a simple call answered. It's like being stabbed in the eyeball, and their employees would prefer you did stab them so they could leech free benefits off the gubment like they already do. They make more money pushing controlavirus tests and using our money to spy on us through Facebook than improving a dying service. Rot in hell USPS - eat it.

Fix the issues

I repeatedly request that they date the days instead they are lazy and vague. Government uses our tax dollars wastefully just like edd loosing our money that significantly and how are they punished? Moreover small Business department stealing federal money from small business. That's exact how the pages looks with all those horrible markings. That's professional gov at work.

I see other sites review them well, this is so untrue. Waiting weeks for mail, depressed when seeing that my packages are switched over to my local usps. If it doesn't come ups or fedex, don't plan on it ever showing up. So many lost packages, damaged, mis delivered. Excuses that nobody wants to work, or so short staffed but we will be taking a 2 hour lunch, so we are closed from 11 to 1 daily. Follow my tracking number from Florida to michigan back to atl back to Michigan. Oops! Arriving late! Maybe instead of taking on 1000 amazon packages a day they should have amazon deliver there own stuff, or refuse. But $$$

USPS Lost My 3 Boxes. Do Not Ship With USPS

I was moving from NYC to California. I shipped 3 boxes of my belongings and they lost all 3 boxes. The total value of the stuff inside are $2000+. USPS did an investigation and did not find the boxes. They refused to give me any insurance money even though the boxes were insured. I do not understand how they are still in business while great shipping options like FedEx are around. If you are about your belongings, I urge you to stay away from this horrible company with horrible customer service and awful experience. DO NOT USE USPS IF YOU CARE ABOUT ANY OF YOUR STUFF. Use FedEx or Lugless instead for shipping larger boxes (low prices and great customer service). So disappointed and Lesson learned. I Will never use this horrible company ever again. They deserve negative stars. Terrible company and terrible people. They should go out of business.

Keeping employees

Maybe it would be helpful for the postal workers to have better training during 90 day probationary periods. Especially for younger people that never worked in warehouses or it was their first real job They just let a worker go during the 90 day probation period.

I had several items delivered during the holidays. All the boxes or packages had holes, tears, or cuts in it to where the items were either destroyed or stolen. And the usps won't give me a refund back at all. Definitely not worth having USPS around anymore.

This company sucks I would avoid at all costs do not do anything through them and they let their employees get away with stealing and damaging packages with no consequences. This is the 3rd time they don't deliver my items and all 3 times they don't really do anything about it other than refund 10 whole days later. I'm tired of this $#*! and this company needs to be shut down along with ups, however I don't know if it's only the services in Laredo Texas but I wouldn't doubt it based on my observation on the type of people they hire here who don't understand the concept of the word delivered. I don't know if it's some kind of language barrier but you all need to do better and maybe provide them with a set of Spanish instructions. They also marked the items as delivered even though it was brought to my attention by Amazon (who does a better job than both ups and usps combined) that usps in Laredo actually damaged the package and sent it back but they never let the sender or myself know instead they marked it as delivered even though it clearly wasn't delivered.
