USPS deserves zero stars.

This is my first review of USPS but not my first bad experience... just the one that made me act... Past experiences include delivery to an address miles away, lost deliveries, and absolutely no customer service. This time a Christmas present arrived in Customs on DEC 11 and Released on DEC 12. It was to arrive on DEC 17. Today is DEC 24th and the gift is still awaiting pickup by USPS. The lazy bureaucrats at USPS have failed again and continue to waste our Tax dollars (they are subsidized by us!). Supervisory Personnel that I have encountered are always in CYA mode.denying any responsibility and failing to take corrective action...and, like the parent organization are difficult to speak with (if you can get ahold of one). Thank you USPS for making this a memorable Christmas.
Disclaimer: Most Local Postal Delivery personnel are friendly, helpful, but stymied by bureaucratic supervisors.

My package is spending the christmas holiday, traveling in ga.! 3 days in atlanta now, move delivery time to tuesday? Maybee, usps sucks! Do not use, glad they raised price to 17 dollars, what a ripoff!

Lost package

I ordered something online and was shipped uspsand ordered it on 13th of December and now 23rd of December and still have not got it and they keep telling me to check online and they never update or ship from 2nd stop that it was scanned.

They Suck.

USPS sucks. My package was supposed to arrive Friday. It was out for deliver in my town on friday. It didnt arrive it went back to the post office. Same thing saturday. Same exact situation sunday. Monday it said "waiting for delivery scan." Tuesday it was out for delivery again and never shiwed up. Wenesday they didnt even put it out for delivery. It was waiting at the post office. Thursday it was out for delivery and didn't show. It has now been a week since the package arrived at the post office where i live and it has been a week of the delivery truck not even making it over to this $#*!ing side of town.they need to do better.

So stupid distribution item

A packet was sent from Detroit to miami Fl, I Ece it arrived, they send it back to Detroit. The address was correct, however in the Opaloka center, this stupid people send it back to Detroit. I call and they started send it to Miami. Once it arrived to Opaloka center, this stupid people send it back to Detroit

USPS Steeling products

My name is Kara Lewis and USPS Keithville,LA ******* is steeling goods.Today Dec.22,2022 USPS was supposed to deliver my starter.Carrier brought a empty box that was opened with no starter,mind you time she delivered package I walked outside and checked box nothing inside,because I had already been waiting going on 2 weeks for package.Went directly to post office and talked to manager and she said it's Amozon fault and had to call them.This is the third time this has happened with stolen package with USPS Keithville,La.*******.A investigation on who is steeling these packages needs to be done.I have complained repeatedly and nothing done.

If I can give a 0 Star rating I would this mail company sucks don't ever use them there always late on deliveries and won't pay you back for it and they always overcharge if you can use FedEx or ups even Amazon I wouldn't be surprised if an Uber can get my package here faster then USPS

Over USPs

USPS has continued to deliver IMPORTANT mail to last address inspite of my address changing 9 months ago. It is really screwing up business. Further, I paid to have a package delivered for Christmas. Now it is being RETURNED.

IDK the problem. IDC. I'll use ANY OTHER SERVICE AVAILABLE, before I use USPS again

This is the worst company I've ever seen in my life! All Christmas gifts ruined! Do not use!
Hell I thought FedEx was bad but at these they came as I ordered them. This company literally game me broken $#*! toys. Smh get help and find god!

These folks have my mail rerouted and my address crossed out in my informed delivery. NOBODY can explain who did it AND refuse to fix it. Consumer affairs supposedly the highest escalation of complaint told me my complaints gettn ignored because I'm being irate. Maybe I'm irate because I'm not getting help or maybe the fact nobody can even answer who tf changed the info in the first place. These people gettn paid to deliver mail and dumping people mail anywhere they see fit. I have voice recordings but site jabber only allow pics/videos….not recordings. Anyway this the system/ organizations people vote in and choose to pay their taxes to so it won't ever change.These people don't even deserve a check. They have a police line I called and the police woman I spoke to said she can't even figure out why they connected and can't do anything to help. The whole system is a farce.

Well my dog nipped the the mailman the other day so now I don't get mail and I have to go pick it up after forgetting to close a gate after arguing with a neighbor and after the police had just left less than 2 hours later. Anywho it was not a vicious attack it was just a snip haha I got you for being on my property and my owner leaving the gate open Bad Boy ‍me!

Package stolen

I trusted the United States Postal Service to deliver a package from Miami to Jacksonville which only took a couple of days when The package reached Jacksonville to my best friend the Box was empty from what I sent her it was a personal item I had made for her for her deceased Son someone opened and took a charm that I had made for her and now they Are telling me that I cannot be reimbursed only for the shipping which was only $5.34 which is ridiculous but also saying if it's found they will send it I am so disappointed I am very hurt and not satisfied with the service that I have received them and this is not the 1st time but this one really pushed me over the limit data service from the USPS I would never ship with him again

Not friendly not helpful

Had our package for at least 4 days… tracking said waiting for Clearwater to accept it… Go today and they say it's on the route. Explained it was a Christmas gift and celebrating tomorrow which is 3 hours away… wouldn't help so we could meet the carrier to get it….even though they had in their presents for all them days….

Poor Service

I sent a package and when I got the receipt it showed DELIVERY date of December 14th. And to this date it still has not be delivered. I will not use USPS to send a package again

Every time I've had to use USPS my parcel has been sitting in the same place for days. On top of that, ive always had issues with the items itself inside. You guys suck. Do a better job. Its 2022, almost 2023 and youd think every package I got wouldnt be delayed by a week but here we are. This is so frustrating.

Packaged shipped November 14, went to next facility and has been "in transit " to next facility since November 19. As of today December 15 status is unchanged. Delivery of package should NOT take over 4 weeks.

Total failure

The United States postal service behind the social security administration is the worst run government agency. Slow, overpriced, make errors all the time, overpaid and just an epic failure. We need to privatize them and let someone run them that knows what they are doing. They make more than our military for just sorting mail and putting it in a box. A blind deaf monkey could do their job. And the theft within the postal service is just as terrible. Ever wonder why the package or piece of mail you send with tracking gets lost and never makes in anywhere? Inside theft. Hell I believe Washington is in on all the theft. Screw the postal service.
