Worst place ever
December 12, 2022

Lost my check in the mail right before the holidays I will never do business with them again. It's been 3 weeks still haven't got my check and the place is only in Seattle Washington.

Usps has been a disgrace for a long long time. If u ran ur business like they do you'd of been history a long time ago. Whenever I see something is coming usps I HATE it. I know it will be late at best. Lots of stuff lost and even more destroyed by folding to bits including photos. They are crap. Should be dissolved and forgotten like a bad dream.

Why pay more for priority mail when they don't get there sooner than parcel post? Package from Arizona to Texas took 9 fricking days! Business sized envelope sat at San Antonio for a day, sat in Austin for 3 days!

UNBELIEVABLE

I have never sent anything internationally with USPS until September of this year. I have sent a legal document in orignial to Bulgaria, as I was told that with First Class Mail class the mail is delivered within 3 weeks, which worked for me. It is now December and I still have no idea where is my package and what happened to it. I have called multiple times, I went numeroustimes to the post office and they keep on saying "due to the class of the mail, we are unable to track it, nor submit a claim". No one ever advised that with this type of mail I am not going to be able to track my package. There was a court date scheduled and the court in my country was waiting for this document to be delivered. It is SO frustrating that no one is accountable for this and they just say "we appologize for the inconvinience". I am NEVER going to use their services EVER AGAIN! This is unbelieveble! If I could rate them 0 I would!

I asked my friend to send me some important document using priority mail service. I need that doc very urgently to remain on payroll. It was supposed to be delivered next day, but didn't receive it. I paid extra 20$ for priority service, but it was delivered like a regular mail.

Lack of responsibility and response

I received a notification of a delivery of a small package to my mailbox within minutes I check my mailbox there is no package immediately I inform the usps and get a case number through the automated machine. A mouth has passed I call each and every day no response and no resolution I left numerous messages with consumer affair not even a courtesy of a call. Finally I get a supervisor on line that literally put the blame on me for not having insurance on the item and refused any further help and when I insisted for further help she literally hung up on the phone. This is our usps system truly shame on you

I've been sent a package through USPS international (I'm Canadian) and it's already a week late to start. When it finally arrived here, I was given very little information other than one location it passed through. My package was said to be delivered this morning - at 6:30AM, by the way, who delivers a package that early in the morning? - but when nobody was available (because it was 6:30, I wonder why) they took my package back to a holding center. They will not tell me where. I went to submit a help request and the website said it was invalid. Never trusting this service again, where the hell is my package?

Poor service and quality control

Had three shipments since last year either never arrive or only the packaging arrives with tape on it and no product inside. Worst shipper I have ever dealt with. One package from last year still shows being delayed in NJ. Never received.

Don't expect tracking

Over the last month or so I have placed orders with several different companies and paid for shipping via USPS Priority Mail. I did this because, with Priority Mail, there is, theoretically, tracking available. With any tracked package the company prepares the package, prints a label through their connection with USPS (presumably), and the package shipping is considered as started (as you will be informed by the company you have paid). The USPS supposedly picks up the package (that is the impression I get) and away it goes. Here's the glitch in the tracking system. If, when picked up, the package isn't scanned in, there is no indication of movement, this happens with products I have ordered about 50% of the time. If you try to contact the company you bought stuff from they will tell you the Post Office has it, if you try to contact the Post Office to find out what's going on they, as only an entity with ties to the federal government, have a computer reporting system that WILL NOT LET YOU REPORT A PROBLEM. Now I assume that, as I have had this happen multiple times. It is a regular problem in shipments through the Post Office. On days where conspiracy theories invade my brain, I wonder why the Post Office is out to get me. In either case, my purpose is to inform, if you are expecting a package shipped with USPS and you are given information for tracking the shipment, DON'T EXPECT TRACKING.

Most deceitful
December 2, 2022

In this past year USPS has managed to lose a fair amount of items that I ordered online. I simply can't deal with this anymore. I can't trust them as a seller or a buyer. I think they steal packages. I don't trust them at all. Wish i could take some kind of action. This is killing business!

Shipping to expensive

I recently took a package into the post office to mail for Christmas. The package didn't even weigh 2 pounds but because the box was bigger, they tried to charge me almost $43 for priority mail. So I picked up my package and left.

Horrible Delivery Service

I have never really had issues with USPS until now. I don't know what's going as of late but the service they have going is embarrassing. I have had a package tried to be delivered to my house TWICE now and it has been sent back to the sender both times. After calling USPS and waiting on hold for 20 minutes, only to speak with someone who couldn't help me, I hung up and called the sender. They admitted that USPS sucks and that they'd switch my delivery over to FedEx. You're better off using any other delivery service on the planet. This is absurd.

I stopped using the USPS after the election, but my sellers still use them for some reason. I have been waiting for a package from Georgia, to Ohio, It made it to Ohio (20 Mins away), but they decided it needed to go to Delaware, it then went right past me again, to Philidelphia PA. This is what you get from people who can't get fired. They are a joke, I will never use them again, and I guess I will stop buying from sellers that do as well. This is a repeat problem with them, and by the time it arrives, it's usually crushed or damaged because they don't care.

Expecting a delivery and have been tracking it. I live in Ocala. Package arrived at the Ocala facility 11/26. So, was responsibly expecting it to be "out for delivery " Monday, 11/28. Checked tracking Monday morning only to find that it had been sent out of town to Gainesville. I'm in Ocala. The package was delivered to Ocala...why waste all that money on expensive gas to re-route it again. Gas is expensive! No wonder there are concerns about continuing the USPS and raising postage! Ridiculous!

Extremely rude worker

Went into the post office to see where my package was because it was supposed to be delivered a week ago and i asked them what the best option was since i'm in an apartment and they won't deliver if im not standing there to get it and she told me to figure it out myself, rolled her eyes, and then completely just went to the next person in line. Im not normally someone who gets upset at people because customer service is a hard industry but that was completely disrespectful and i am so infuriated right now. I asked her if i was just supposed to stand there all day and wait for it since they weren't updating the tracking for me and she said yes.

The staff at the Laurinburg, NC office believe that they are above Federal laws and regulations. They act as if abusing, victimizing, and damaging their customers is their goal of business. Beware! Avoid them, and the larger organization that seems to be protecting them! Use UPS, FedEx, even DHL...if you want your mail/packages handled correctly.
