Change your motto
June 30, 2023

Postal service has become terrible. We have 3-4 different carriers per week. Mail used to be delivered close to the same time each day. Now its anytime between 11am and 6pm. Have they joined with the cable company? I was also told that carriers don't even have to get out of their jeeps to deliver the mail. No wonder people refuse to use this service now. I won't...ever again!

A package was being sent to me on 6/26/2023 through USPS priority mail. It was scheduled to arrive by 6:00 pm on 6/27/2023. It is 6/28/2023 and the package still has not arrived. The sender of this package spent $29 so it could be to me in ONE day. I called several times and one representative was very cold and seemed to not care about this issue. I am very annoyed and irritated by the careless and reckless behavior by the USPS. They cannot tell me when my package is to arrive at this point or IF it will arrive. This package had some very important information in it. Another representative stated that someone redirected my package to the wrong place. It's in the NY Distribution Center. I would advise ANYONE thinking of using the USPS to rethink doing this. They are very incompetent. An investigation has been opened but I doubt if my package will ever be found. My advise to ANYONE reading this, use FED EX, DHL Group, LaserShip/OnTrac, Lone Star Overnight, Spee-Dee Delivery Services, GLS US, Onfleet or Sendle. The USPS is a billion dollar operation and cannot hire people competent enough to deliver a package on time. This is sad and I will NEVER use USPS again and I advise the people reading this not to use them either!

I bought something on the marketplace gave him the correct address and the mailman said they had the wrong address. And then they sent it back to the shipper without giving me a chance to pick it up. Now it looks like I have to dispute the charges and everything because of USPS.

My boyfriend mailed me a card and paid $9.95 for 2 day delivery from NY to NJ and it's in Wisconsin and won't be delivered for 5 days. When I went to the post office and asked if he could be refunded his money, I was told no because it wasn't guaranteed.

I bought a 3ds and it didn't work, so I sent it back, the USPS, lost my package and would Not pay the full amount,so now I have to pay the balance of $51.39. Not cool USPS.

We spent the last few years looking for a Lladro Figural piece from Spain called "Fox Hunt". When it was discontinued in 2014 it sold for $10,000.00 and in some instances it sold for $15,000.00. We finally located one in Washington DC, negotiated a price & they shipped it to Albany Oregon in same original Lladro padded box designed to withstand a trip from Spain to USA. USPS beat the HELL out of the beautiful work of art & will not reimburse the seller even though it was fully insured. We have the USPS delivery guy on video striking the curb with it on a hand truck with it sideways!
We'll NEVER use USPS for valuable pieces of art again.

NEVER use USPS because they will not deliever your package they will send it to some random adresss in the united states and not refund you for it. USPS sucks, use fedEX or UPS but for the life of me DO NOT USE USPS.

Recently, I have been experiencing a multitude of issues with USPS, which is highly unusual for me. Due to an injury sustained during my recent move, I required a change of address. Despite my attempts to contact them via phone, email, and in-person visits, I received no help whatsoever. Their suggestion to go online was futile, as the change of address forms were out of stock. Even after explaining my situation, they remained unhelpful and unsympathetic. Furthermore, USPS reshipped my packages back to the apartments instead of holding them, even though my apartment complex does not accept packages. When we visited the postal office, they stated that no one receives their packages as neither the apartments nor they hold mail. This was incredibly frustrating, as they were unhelpful, rude, and inconsistent. It is alarming that USPS cannot provide reliable assistance when people need it the most. Giving it a one-star is still being to nice.

Terrible service

Ordered two packages that unfortunately were mailed with USPS, they did one delivery attempt and took it back to the office, cannot schedule a redlivery using their awfull page, send multiple emails, called but the useless automated system couldn't get my tracking number right, no matter at what speed I typed it and never connected me to an agent.

DO NOT use this service. I tried to buy a label online and while my payment went through, I was not able to print the label. Went to the Post Office and they said they could not help. Tried to get reimbursed and have been given so many excuses. I have the purchase and payment info and have not been able to get a refund.

I have been missing a package for over a month; but it says is been delivered but I didn't get it. And this is the 2d. Time within a year that I'm missing a package delivered by USPS; now they are telling me that maybe someone stole it and to file a police report. I went to the Lenexa location couple times with out any good news. The customer service is poor, I left my information and no one have contact me. Horrible service!

Lack of service

You used to be able to mail a card from 45 minutes away or even the same town, and now it gets rerouted two or three towns away and your lucky if you get it five days later, it's such a joke, they loose damage and destroy your mail, then pretend they had no responsibility, leaving all, companies to soak up cost. Postage is outrageous to mail a letter, all in the name of buying new vehicles they don't need, when they do a $#*! job of delivering mail in the first place. They pushed for all this crap during covid so they didn't have to work nearly as much but get paid way too much, and it out pressure on fed ex and anyone that actually delivers the $#*! we order or are waiting for. USPS is an antequated outdated $#*! show

Postal carrier will not deliver packages that are in boxes, will not get out of the car to put it on the porch. So this is deliberately tampering with the US MAIL I have complained to my local post office and nothing has been done.

It took six emails to get a reply that USPS DOES NOT FORWARD P.O. BOXES! Attached.
This is from a SENOR EXECUTIVE and shows how non responsive they are to consumer needs TRUE STUPIDITY at the top ensures that STUPIDITY CONTINUES until USPS is gone!

Michelle the postmaster in Mclean Texas is great! I did a temporary change of address and did not receive my my for 2 months. She took the time to call the postmaster at my previous permanent address and found what the problem was and 3 days later my PO Box was full of my mail and medications! Thankyou Michelle I could never even get a real person on the phone! Michelle saved me!

Packages always says returned to sender for no reason other than lazy delivery people I hate this service and hope all there days are as bad as they continue to make mine I wish them nothing but the worse... trash people!
