This was the best delivery service I've ever used. They communicated with me throughout the whole process. My furniture was delivered in perfect condition. From Arizona all the way to Chicago! They are professional and experienced. I will only use them in any future deliveries that I have. I highly recommend!

I could not be more pleased with the entire USHIP process from initial contact to final delivery and follow up. This Vendor exceeded my expecations as far as flexibility, communication, availability, "ease" of understanding shipping process and their educating me and managing my expections as a new shipper. Makes shipping incredibly affordable. You choose your driver and can see their reviews so you know pretty much exactly who you are hiring. I ship furniture with Uship for a fraction of what it would cost me with other mainstream shipping services. The drivers are personally accountable as well so even though I still insure my items(for a very low cost) I don't have to worry about if the piece will show up damaged. You also have increased communication, why track a package(even though its available) when you can text message your drivers! I am really appreciative for this service, it keeps MY prices lower and more affordable for my customers when I don't have to charge 600-1000 dollars to ship a dresser across the country. So many reasons to like this company.

The uShip process was very effective to locate and engage a trucker to ship our van to FLA. The bidding process worked well to lower the cost and communication was excellent through the entire process.

I used Uship a couple of times in its early years, and was very pleased, but at that time it was a much less structured process with no online app. Venturing into it again recently was interesting. The app takes a little bit of getting used to, but was generally easy to navigate once I found my way around. A couple of points of abrasion included that there were several bidders who didn't have any experience and when I asked for a description most did not reply. I also had an issue with bidders not paying attention to my very specific available delivery dates. Putting my request out there in advance was more trouble than it was worth because everybody wanted to come earlier than it was available for pick up and delivery. All that being said, the company I ended up going with was terrifically, flexible, incredibly professional, and just downright nice to work with. I would use Uship again.

I truly appreciate this service. Communication is excellent throughout. The competitive bids are real time free market… Have used Uship 5 times or so - always honest and proficient operation… That being the case - It saves me lots of angst and the job gets done much to my liking.

Through Uship we found Michael Story who professionally and collaboratively delivered a family heirloom to its new home. Michael worked with us to find solutions for a remote pick up and quickly delivered a rare and valuable antique to our home. I highly recommend and would partner with him again. Plus he's just one helluva nice guy.

The site is easy to use and presented a lot of bids from carriers. The bid amounts were all over the map so I selected one in the middle with good ratings. The carrier was a rough and tumble guy and heavy smoker (the 3 motorcycles transported in his van still smell like smoke), but he was a good communicator and did what he said he would. There was no damage of any kind. I all worked out.

Great experience with Drew & Jacob from uShip! From the start, the team was professional, communicative, and on time. The process was transparent and organized. I highly recommend this service and it was an easy decision over the two national shippers based on cost, simple process and exceptional customer service.

I accepted a quote on the uShip site to transport our primary family vehicle. (Quote was from Montway)
The vehicle was picked up but 4 days passed and I hadn't received a status or information about the delivery (Zero communications).
After three inquiries with the broker and the actual carrier I discovered that the truck that picked my vehicle had a major breakdown the same day my vehicle was picked up and my vehicle (And other vehicles) just sat in some unknown location for up to 4 days without notifying the owners. It's clear by this experience that uShip does not evaluate, track or manage the companies / brokers that post quotes on their site. Further, it is clear that Montway does not track or manage the carriers that actually transport the vehicles on their behalf. At the time of this review I still have not received a written commitment on when the vehicle will be delivered. It's clear that the entire uShip business model is unmanaged and flawed, and they have no interest in the quality of service that is provided - none. Let the buyer beware.

Shipper picked up and delivered earlier than quoted absolutely perfect delivery highly recommended will definitely use again 5star

I had a fairly tricky shipment for a pickup truck from Texas to Ohio. Uship got competitive quotes and made the process very easy.

Everything went well. Grandfather clock was picked and delivered within time frame given. It was wrapped with care.
