Helpful and genuine. Its shipping cost are way too low than other companies and they offer discounts as well. This company is an advanced scam company. I have had with them items worth more than $2000.
For 4months now, I have a package with them, requested for pics, took them 3months, to respond to the message, paid for shipment several items, will cancel shipment for ridiculous reasons, shipment funds non refundable. This company is not just trust worthy. Beware of USGOBUY, I am just a single mother who tries to survive my buying and selling things online. I have filed a report with the ic3, the OR FBI and with the local police department.
I consider myself so lucky having a relative in OR, who is planning to give them a visit tommorow. If you ever have a problem with this scam company, I suggest you contact me so we could bring this company down. I have been living on credit since my capital is at stake with them having my money tied down. I have decided to dedicate my time, all of it, to bring down this scam company and I won't stop. Like someone wrote a bit further down they will swap out your items with something else. I just had several orders from Amazon shipped to my "USGoBuy Portland Adress" approx 200USD worth of items that I can forget about.
Amazon needs to block these SCAM packaging forwarding services immediately to protect their buyers. I don't even know who is real and who is fake so I would advice people to just find another way or have the packages sent to you directly even if it will be alot more expensive you can be 99,9% sure to receive your package without it beeing swapped for something else and not have to go through the headache and waste of valuable time.
If everyone would file a police complaint they would be arrested by now.
Also I hope you are smart enough to recognize the real reviews from the fake 5 star reviews. If you look at their prices there is no way in hell nobody would give them 5 stars in every aspect, no way.

Good service with USGoBuy, usually I ship electronics from USA to Paksitan or India. Sometimes I can avoid the taxation, it depends. But it really saved a lot in my previous importing electronics from USA.

USGoBuy was introduced by my friend who ever bought Lego product from USA, and I also have some brands to buy from USA, so I tried the service, at least now it's all OK, sometimes 1 or 2 days than expected, but it's good enough
As usual, very good service, very quick shipment to France, photos were ok and products well packed No problem then and still very happy with the service.
They substituted my purchase with some other item - and have not refunded me my money back! Its been 45 days - no body answers their phone or responds to their email in a timely manner. I have sent them proof of dispatch, purchase, as well as what I have received from them. I can't believe they would be so negligent - so it must be fraud since they are not doing the honourable thing.

I got my package delivered to them on the 11th of march,
I was asked to download a form and upload with my identification, i did but only verified the form and i got unverified at my forms of identification. Stopped responding to my messages what a terrible company. I paid but still waiting to hear form them.
I am not a paypal user, i tried to pay directly but not successful, i gave someone money to on my behalf but not successful through but later sent money to someone overt here through moneygram so he paid them using western union.
Actually these documents are not necessary for everyone. We reserve the rights to request USPS 1583 Form and two verifiable identifications when we start risk monitoring, such as when your paypal address is not matched with the actual shipping address, you are reported by merchant, vendor or credit card account holder, etc As you know, there are many frauds these days, we have to do this in case of any lost. They know nothing about shipping!
I used it once, they didn't know USPS would charge extra by local post service. Which made me pay more.
And they didn't even know to mark it as a gift! My local post serive said they made the mistake, so I had to pay tax!

Generally USPS will provide door-to-door service and there won’t be extra fees except for shipping fee. But if your package is overweight or the destination is in remote areas, etc the local post office may ask the recipient to pick the parcel up by yourselves, otherwise there may be extra fees charged. So please subject the regulations and charges to your local post office.
I am sorry but we don’t support to mark parcels as gifts due to most of customs don't have clear regulation on clearance of gifts, once examined the parcel will be considered wrong declared value, cause clearance delayed, or even returned. In addition, not all labeled as imported goods, it is important that the declared value within the range of personal use.
A regular customer can assure you the best opinion. There are many other shipping companies but they lack true commitments in general. So far it is one of best shipping company and furthermore the way they communicate & cooperate with customers no other company will.
