On Dec 2 I ordered a graphic card value $289 and was shipped to Usgobuy in the following 2 days.The latter sent me an email confirming receptionof my package and that it is in consolidation and it will take 48 hrs to process.No answers from them after 2 days and its only after 8 days that I received an email saying that my package has not arrived yet!. That type of email that you can't reply back! My package is still with the.It si a christmas gift for my son. I query them again and they reply saying that there is a winter storms in Port Land and delivery is delayed. I dont know who to believe and how to sort out this issue. Anybody can help please?
They never respond to emails, they lie about free storage fees meanwhile your charges increase as the days go by... you initiate shipment, pay and wait a whole week to get tracking number... they are the worst worst worst ever. Please don't use them

Customers are allowed to store your packages in our facility for up to 60 days at no charge. You can extend the storage period by paying $10 fee per package, we will provide another 60 storage days.
Please notice that our shipping department will ship out your parcel in 1 business day after you submit delivery. Our system will notify you by email with the tracking numbers and estimated delivery time at that time.
We reserve the rights to request two verifiable identifications when we start risk monitoring，such as when your paypal address is not matched with the actual shipping address. At that time your package won't be sent out until you are verified.
My first experience with USGoBuy was pleasant. The free storage (free for 90 days then) and the helpful customer services were great. The package consolidation service and the coupon they gave really helped me save my money on shipping and made it a lot more affordable for me. First time i have deposit an amount of 25$ with PayPal and i see that amount cannot reship my parcels so i try to withdraw the 25$ to my Webmoney account they take about 24 hours for processing and thy sad that the payment success but i don't receive anything and now i try to contact them and Oups! My Name is Akeem, I have send my item to USgoBuy and I was asking to send them prove of payment before my item can be send out which I did gave them the invoice that shows the item was bought with gift card and they still asking me to provide statement. Which they have to right to asked for such as I have instructed to contact with the Merchant if they need such details. I don't know this is how the scam people and hold the item till the person is not asking for it again. I even asked them to contact Amazon directly to confirm with them if they have any problem with them but they refused to do that because they are SCAMMING PEOPLE. I hope people will not fall for their victim games they are playing.
I still have my package with them and I'm going to report to Authority as well to know how they runs the business they called flight forwarder.
