To this day they fulfilled the agreed. The packages arrive packaged well and protected, quickly. When the fee is charged more than the actual value of the freight they refund the difference. Good job!
It is a great service that USGOBUY.com is giving to US customers who are outside USA. As i am regular buyer of US products, USGOBUY.com gonna save me a lot of money for only shipments
Don't trust in them. They overcharged my 3 (all) packages I sent there.
-The first one, appeared with a weight 10 times greater than the real package. It's still there.
- I forwarded the 2nd one to another US address with no "extra services" but they took it and put it inside a heavier box, so they ask me for extra money and extra LEGAL DOCUMENTS AND IDENTIFICATION. By the way, I didn't send them money neither documents but they sent the package.
- I tried to rescue the 3rd package, so I paid the extra money of the 2nd one but they STILL ASK ME FOR DOCUMENTS.
No way, I won't send any document, because I think they are scammers trying to do a kind of phishing scam with my identifications. I have my Paypal account verified with legal documents because I trust in that service, so don't have to verify nothing more in another website.
Fortunately, I didn't send more packages there.

Here is my email from USGOBY confirming they lost a reply to my query letter so admit responsibility for the loss of my $1033 computer. I put it in to show you that they are the slipperiest liars in any legitimate freight forward business. I know they send a parcel some times but I tempted their dishonest staff with a one thousand dollar computer, apparently. Here's my compliance letter but they won't send the refund. Just put their foot down and lie.

So where's coupon for a $1033 computer, you road thieves?
Your computer was delivered on Nov 2016 and added to your account within the same day. But you didn't pay for the parcel in time and it was later expired and discarded. I am sorry but we cannot ship it to you without your payment.
Please be aware that package exceeded free storage period will be discarded and USGoBuy reserved the right to charge customer for longer storage time on behalf of customer. Any package extention must request before package expired. Please find the policy in our FAQ 10.

Can't even try to make an honest reply. I sent a request for support about a month after my parcel had arrived at USgobuy, but they never replied to it. That's the real point. So my question about what had happened to my package went unanswered. Now six month later, after hedging every time I email them, about twelve times, they finally pay attention to it and claim I hadn't paid the transport cost, so they threw it out. Legally what they should ahve done is reply to my query saying I hadn't paid the transport costs, but they did. They didn't reply till me saying this till about six months later. Real thieves. The tacking number on this parcel is 784615700684, and this staff person, a staff member who makes no attempt to be honest, is clearly lying, like you could pick any teenager lying, because she will never talk about the real issue which is they didn't respond to me email asking for the company support - where my package had got to? It's illegal what they do, and they got a $1000 computer out of it. Which is probably why they never emailed back a support response when I urgently emailed them about a missing package only a month after it arrived at their depot. They are thieves. You watch I'll put this you again. This is outrageously dishonest. I've pressed them over and dover for six months, but to my mind there is no responsible management to take control for highly inefficient customer communication.
It is a great service that USGOBUY are giving to us outside USA, a very good custumer service as well.

These are the best. Excellent forwarding system consolidation and best pricing around. Ive used them for a month or two couldn't be happier.
Account was closed and they held my $800 item hostage. Verified my IDs and took all precautionary steps in order to receive my item Unable to contact them, and so far it seems like a scam. Please note I also paid for them to ship my item to me as well. So not only did they take my money to ship my item to me, but they also kept my item. I don't know what will happen to my item and I will do everything in my power to either get it back or let other consumers know of my experience and the potential scam. Unless something changes, this review stands as is!
I am sorry but your account was suspended at that time due to you were reported to be fraud by Fedex. Actually, as a package forwarding agency in USA, we encounter a lot of frauds cases every day. Most of them are reported by the merchant or the holder to use frauds credit cards for shopping, or abuse our address as billing address. At that time we have to suspend or close their account and ask them to provide necessary information to verify identification.

I usually buy stuff from Amazon and other websites, they are usually sent to shop and ship in separate boxes and I have to pay exorbitant charges for shipping to the UAE. But after finding USGoBuy, I send everything to them, they consolidate into one box and send it to me after I choose the Courier company. I pay the full amount of the boxes (before consolidation) and then they refund me the difference (after consolidation) back to my credit card. Based on my experience, they are a great company and reply to my requests quickly (I have used them for 3 shipments until now and my fourth is coming up.)

There seems to be alot of bad reviews here, and tbh i did not read them all, I am in Australia and have used another site but they raised thier fees so I looked around and had a mate who used usgobuy... now I also have a small business and buy stuff from the USA as well as shopping personally... I have used this service monthly for nearly a year with only one issue, and while I dont like paying excess postage to then be refunded (which is how they work) its acceptable... oh and the issue, I bought an item from Amazon, the tracking said something like left in the usual place you receive mail, whatever that is, and USGOBUY could not find it. Not really there problem, but then 2 weeks later it was in my mailbox so I am not sure what happened there. Anyway it works for me
Be aware that merchandise will miraculously disappear and you will not get any proof unless you pay for picture. This is the biggest fraud I ever encountered. And you will not get a refund of your loss.

Actually these documents are not necessary for everyone. But we reserve the rights to request two verifiable identifications when we start risk monitoring. This happens the actual shipping address is not matched with your PayPal address, you are reported by merchant, vendor or credit card account holder, etc At that time your parcel won’t be shipped until you are verified.
After you pay we will open, repack and consolidate your parcels for each shipment in order to minimize the weight and save you shipping fee. All the difference will be credited to your e-wallet in your account. In most of the time, the actual amount is much lower than the estimated amount you pay us.
