It would be helpful to know what the delivery date is when I order but other than that, very quick and easy and great price. It did take longer to get delivered than i had hoped and it did not show up on the day it was promised, it showed up the next day. But all in all it was a good experience and i love the product.
I would have preferred pickup of old appliances with delivery. Without this service provided, a price offset of $75 to $100 would have been fair (I paid a third party $75 for removal from garage, and had to move old appliances from laundry room to garage myself). This assumes a desire to be competitive with other on-line appliance retailers. Experience was otherwise good. Delivery person from trucking company was particularly friendly and courteous. However, my wife was not thrilled with having to help me move large appliances, and has already made it clear that any future large appliance buys must include removal of old appliance and move-in of new.

** Worst customer service I have ever experienced **
- Placed an order in June. Without calling me or emailing me (I have checked all mail boxes including junk) they canceled our order
- Thinking the items were on back order due to COVID I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited until today to call to check up on the order.
- The sales representative I spoke with stated that due to them being so busy it was likely that my order was canceled without any follow ups and the order was originally canceled because of a billing code due to using a post office box.
- The only option left was to order online and wait another 6-8 weeks for the appliance
- I spoke with a manager who clearly did not care about this problem and rather than owning up to a mistake, very aggressively placed the blame onto me because they "emailed me several times".
- Both the sales representative and the manager stated that the email was probably blocked by Gmail as this happens often when they email customers.
This is a poor business practice. Due to COVID and the surge in appliance sales they simply did not care about my particular sale. A customer would hope that after spending several thousand dollars on a product the company would at least have the decency to call you.
I am in the middle of a kitchen remodel and will take my business elsewhere.

Had issues with the freight forwarder and excessively long wait times for customer service. Delivery times too far out. Worked out in the end. But very frustrating experience in the beginning.

The doors came damaged. I contacted us appliance after my plumbing came by and took the appliance out of the box which was when I could see the doors were damaged. I can't open this massive box by myself which i why IO waited for the plumber to come and do it. It was a week after I received it and US appliance basically said you have 24 hours to say any damage. How can I see if the appliance is damaged in this massive box that I can open myself.
Response to questions 2 & 3 above are really dependent upon prompt delivery and condition of item upon arrival. Having said that, website is very user friendly...well designed.
