The ordering process was very easy.
No information given on if an order may be delayed before ordering other than vague covid-19 warning. Other Retailers all advised stock levels ahead of time.
Good so far and cheaper than other sites.
Product took over 2 months from the time of order to arrive with no explanation as to why until i called.
Once product arrived it arrived damaged, still awaiting a reply from the email sent for that.
My experience with US appliance was amazing! My appliances are perfect and as described on the website. So far everything is working great. Unfortunately, I wish I could say the same for my delivery handler Fragilepak, they used a distributor "Show me movers", known for horrible service in the St Louis area.

I enjoy shopping your sight and the reasonable prices compared to other vendors with similar or same items. However you should inform the shopper that you deliver yo the door and should at least allow for Installation services, even if it's an additional costs.
