After I booked, I called the hotel and they confirmed there is a booking under my name. But then few days after, I have called again and they said my booking is no longer there. Nothing under my name. I tried to contact unsold.com to ask, no reply. I tried to cancel on the website. NOT POSSIBLE. Now I lost my vacation.
This is a fake webside. When I tried to do the reservation after buying the special package the link disappeared. No numbers to call.

Just used unsold for a vacation in Banff. Looks like a good deal.
STAY AWAY FROM UNSOLD.COM. THEY CAN NOT CANCEL A RESERVATION, AND WILL CHARGE YOU A CANCELLATION FEE OF $149.
I just signed up with Unsold.com today, 7/15/2021, they had a promotion with $50 free, and a no-fee for the first 7 days of service and then the annual fee of $79/annually kicks in. I made a reservation, and when I got their (Unsold.com) email they disclosed that there was an additional $43 parking fee per night. I went back the same day, today, and cancelled my membership and attempted to cancel the reservation. There site says if I don't cancel today I will be charged an additional non-refundable fee of something like $149. I checked their confirmation email, and it had a confirmation number. They stated that they don't do cancellations, and that I must contact the hotel directly. I contacted the hotel directly, and they have no record of my reservation. I have a membership with that hotel chain, and they have no record of my reservation, using Unsold.com's confirmation number, my name, or my hotel membership number.
Unsold.com has no support contact phone number, you must go on-line and complain in their form to contest the reservation, to cancel it, and to stop the charge. They sent me an email response, saying they had received my complaint about fees, cancellation, etc. But no resolution... as of yet! Very time consuming and frustrating.
I thought the prices were phenomenal and I appreciated the ease of purchase.

For our legacy Saver deal, you are only allowed the same destination once per year so this means one room as booking more than one is considered a group travel violation, due to the nature of these specially discounted deals. We, however, recommend waiting for our membership service to launch in the next 30 days instead as it won't have this limitation and you will have as much flexibility as you need.
