I ordered a flag but shipping service (UPS) did not complete delivery. I called customer service and a replacement was shipped and delivery was successful.

I ordered 4 - 8'x12' Super Knitted Polyester Flags - they are top quality material and designed perfectly. The ordering process was easy, and the shipping was faster than expected. The packaging is well done, and the follow up service asking if I had received my order, was a nice touch. I will certainly be ordering again, as we rotate our flags often to keep them in top notch appearance.

I ordered a solar light with flag & pole. The kit. The pole was too skinny for the solar light attachment therefore I purchased a pole at ACE. The plastic holder for the pole to sit within was not very solid so I replaced it also. I was almost going to send it back however I had invested too much into trying to get a proper fit for the flag which the original pole you sent was way too thin diameter anyway. Not satisfied with my original purchase that's for sure. My husband passed away in April of this year & I wanted to fly this flag with light set up for our to be 62 wedded anniversary in Aug. In regard's of his Military Service. I did it but it was'nt quite as easy as I thought it would be.

Placed an order for an American flag & two SC flags. The American flag delivered promptly. The SC flags got lost in the mail (by tracking). With one quick call, answered by a pleasant representative, my flags were re-shipped and arrived quickly. Thanks for well made American flags and for a great service!
