I had a great experience, but the one issue I have is that there is nothing to adhere/attached the base to the flag box. We have it set up on the base resting against a wall on the mantle, but if we had wanted it freestanding it would not be very stable. And you can only really attach the nameplate to the base, not to the flag box, at least not so it shows from the front. And nowhere in the description does it say the base doesn't attach to the flag box. That is my only issue, otherwise the product is beautiful.

I was looking for a replacement for our American Flag out by the gate to our home. I have always purchase d my replacement flag locally in a store but they didn't have any sleeve flags. I also will only buy the flags with the embroidered stars. I jumped online and found exactly what I was looking for on this website. Ordering was easy and the flag came quickly.

This is the second time I purchased these flag spinners. The old ones that were replaced had worked flawlessly for years, but the suddenly started to unhook and leave the flag hanging by only one hook. So I replaced all of the flag hooks (on two flags), and so far I've had two incidents where a new hook came undone from the flag and left it hanging. Don't really know why this is happening. My theory is that it's been very hot out and maybe the sun is heating and softening up the rubber/plastic hooks and making them flexible enough to release the flag. Or maybe the company has switched their supplier to an inferior quality hook.

I ordered flags for putting on my ancestors graves who served in the military. The flags are well made and look beautiful. Thank you!
