I fell for the advert on Insta. They took me through a series of questions and promised a customised meal plan. I signed up for a week and paid. Despite taking my money they never sent me a code to unlock the plan in my app. I am also unable to unsubscribe from the plan, and do not know if this will now affect my credit rating

My type of subscription was changed without my consent or notification and money deducted was not refunded despite my complaints.

They take your money and that's about it!
Several emails to billing and customer service. I literally emailed them within the hour of thier site charging my cc to refund me. It popped onto PayPal and just charged the service! They refused a refund even though it was less than an hour of requesting it. Scam!

This company offered a couple options as a try out, so I took the $6.99 which is for one day, and I took it just to check if there was something different from the other many apps, but after scrolling a couple of minutes, I knew it wasn't for me. 7 days after this stupid waste of $6.99 my Credit Card was charged $29.99, immediately I looked for their phone number, and they are in Cyprus, so I sent an email which was replied almost right away, and they looked into my case, after 10 minutes they sent another email saying they weren't reimbursing the $29.99 because my case didn't qualify for it. I insisted and they still refused to do so. My experience with this overseas scam obviously was terrible, because they kept my money, their app is terrible, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, because is just a cheap replica of Noon, or any other app that already exists.

Unimeal advertise a great easy plan to lose weight. I was fooled by the Pinterest advertising. Once I got it, they just offered an app where you keep record of your weight and water intake, things we can do mentally,
Correct! The food options are complicated. There are not workouts available as the advertisement sales. That has to be paid separate. So believe me, go YouTube for videos or meal options and that is free! And when I requested my cancelation. They got back to me with 3 more months for free! And no money back. So save your money or invest in other opinions. This app does not worth your money and time!

I did not want this app and quite frankly, do not remember why I signed up. I have used several other apps just fine. Two weeks ago I was hit with an auto renew - and they absolutely refuse to refund my money. Again, I can not comment on it because it was not compelling enough for me to use. Make sure to check your auto renew status!

*** UPDATE JUNE 19 *** I did receive a refund. I am not sure if it was because of all the noise I caused or engaging with PayPal. Lesson learned - be vigilant on this app about renewal! ****** End of Update *****

Subscribed for one week after they subscribe for you for a month after,this is should not be in fine print,daylight robbery,please include this on your subscription choices,that automatic subscription after trial and include an email for the start of a new subscription after trial.
Very disappointing

Do not download the app. I thought I unsubscribed via the App and deleted it but their refund policy is ridiculous where they charged me after I thought I unsubscribed but they refused to refund because you HAVE to use it for 14 days before they issue a refund.

Unimeal sucks.

Let's start this by saying, I'm a business owner and I NEVER write a bad review, it's just not my style, but Unimeal is a terrible company. I paid the $6.99 for a week trail. I was like "ok, I'll give it a try". The week went by and I didn't use it, fine that's on me. BUT, because I paid for the one week trial they IMMEDIATELY charged me for an entire month once my one week was up. Right when I got charged, in less than 5 minutes, I contacted Unimeal saying I wanted a refund and I didn't use their services and I'm good, I dont want to do it. They stated it was in fine print that I would get charged….that $#*! should be illegal. Anyways, they said they can't refund me, but I was offered a free month for unsubscribing. Why do I get a FREE month for unsubscribing but I can't get my $30 back. $30 is a can of formula for my baby for an entire week. $30 is gas in my car. I don't think people actually use this program, I think Unimeal just makes money off of scamming a bunch of people out of their $30.

If I see a major spelling error in an ad*, I don't click on it. If a company can't even be bothered to proofread their own marketing material before posting for an unlimited # of ppl to see, they clearly don't care too much about their reputation. If that's the case, then they certainly won't care about bad reviews or the disappointed customers who wrote them. They get in, make as much money as possible before their reputation catches up to them and sales grind to a halt, then they get out, leaving their clients holding the bag. Then they go on a nice vacation with all of the money they "made" (your money), regroup, and start it all again under a new name. Wash. Rinse. Repeat.

*Check out their spelling of "BEGINNERS" in the headline of their ad—in big, bold, black lettering. That's a red flag—donʼt ignore them.

I bought Unimeal app trusting the "guarantee". As i couldn't find a match to the diet my nutritionist recommended, I canceled the plan and asked the money back. They refused as I didn't use the app (how could I?!). So, no meal plan and 30 $ less in my account. Just be careful with their marketing buzzwords.

Buying the app does not give you any access to meal plans as stated when you buy the app. Is very confusing, and you have to buy extra monthly or weekly packages. Is not ethical in respect for the customer
