Meal plans are tasteless and very limited, a toddler could create a better plan. Don't waste your money like I did. Upcharge for workout/ exercise plan, which can be found on Google. DONT BUY

Took my money, promised a refund then blocked my e mail! Stealing money for nothing! Do not reccomend! Scam!

I have subscribed to unimeal and mentioned as VEGETARIAN with no meat,no eggs,no fish etc but was always given a plan with all those items, I dont think its tailored for our needs,waste of money and worst customer support

I did not sign up for this site. I had to Google it to see what it was. It says no refunds. I have been paying for this service for MONTHS and had no idea. I only found it when I downloaded Rocket Money. This site with o e star has to be a scam! Horrible horrible customer service, if you can call it that. Can't find a number. Their response indicated "(their) AI determined I wish to cancel my subscription." TF. Can your AI see I have never used this mess and give me a refund for all the months my money was taken from my account!?!?!?!?

I paid once and that was the first mistake. After the payment I found out that I had to pay more for what I really needed it for. To my surprise 3 months later they charged a lot larger amount from my paypal. They dont want to give it back. Thieves they are!

Takes money without permission. I have had to have money from PayPal refunded 3 times! Complete scam! Avoid

Do NOT use this app! They take advantage of the cheap one week trial and will automatically charge you for the full week which is almost $50cad! And even if you ask for a refund on the day of the charge they deny and say it's their policy too bad. I urge everyone to be careful they are scammers.

I saw an add about this company last month.Should have known all they wanted was my card information.Had to pay $3.99 just to open the app.But I decided to cancel after looking at the prices. So low and behold they took $29.99 out of my account on December 3.They claimed I didn't cancel my subscription.And they refuse to refund my money.

I signed up for the introductory meal plan at $19.99. I explicitly requested a one-time purchase. However, it turned out to be an automatic subscription for $46.98, which was not clear to me. I requested a refund, but they informed me that I do not qualify for one.

Be careful guys, they are all out to take your money only... i tried to get refund but they outright refused.

You guys took my money without my permission!:i was just checking your website and you take my information and my money! I contacted customer support and you only said that i did not meet the refund request requirements! You guys are scammers! I will make sure to tell everyone in social media or any applications you guys have about this company being a theft! And Im not going to stop until you return everything to me! I will also report you to BBB!

I wanted to try this plan. I paid, was charged twice for the same service. I reached out to customer service via email and got 2 different people replying by telling me that they couldn't refund because of their policy.
I ended up paying over $120 for nothing because then I got emails saying my subscription had been cancelled; NO REDUND!
It's a SCAM! Awful service at all!

Very very difficult to discontinue their so called plan. Keeps billing your account and takes the money every month. When I go on app. It tells me my subscription has expired yet continues to collect my money. MULTIPLE phone calls, gave all information requested, NEVER got a call back. Something should be done about this company THIEVES and LIARS. Please don't fall for this terrible company would give 0 stars if that was an option

I downloaded the app and it was rubbish. Not worth a single penny. Tried to get refund within 5 minutes of purchasing but they told me I don't meet criteria for a refund! It's a scam. Avoid at all costs. Much better apps to use. Don't use them. Terrible customer service.

I never opened up my plan that was purchased accidentally. They did not give me my money back even though I never used or opend up the product. Don't waste your time or money.

I was in Instagram and received an ad for $19.99 for a 30 day trial which I paid for with my credit card. After 15 days I was charged extra $39.99 without my consent and now they don't want to refund me because they say that was stated when I agreed to make initial payment. They are now offering me 3 months free! No way I am going to acceed if they have charged me for something I have not authorized. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS! They are based in Cyprus so there is no way you can make any demand, claim, etc
