This is a HORRIBLE app. You could find better content free with a quick Google search. The cost is atrocious and the content is not good. Customer Service is horrible and they don't care about anything but getting your money. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Do not ever provide a payment information, they charge illegally: without your consent. Think 100 times before signing up to this crap

They will charge you extra over extra. I got charges 116 dollars when i just chose 1 month service on 21cents per day. Horrible refund services. They won't process your refund beside it being their fault. There are way better options out there which have fair value as well as ethical practices unlike unimeal.

I got the app to try for one month, I paid $25. That's ok! Then, I received the receipt for $ 25 but I checked my credit card and there are two other charges for things that I got it without knowing. I requested the refund within the next 24 hours of getting the fu…ing app and they say that my request doesn't meet the criteria and they won't refund a single dollar. Can you imagine that? They basically stole more than $100.

I made a mistake and was tricked to buy a 2nd plan. I cannot afford it and despite explaining and providing bank statements - they wouldn't refund me whatsoever within less than 24h of subscribing. Avoid this company at all cost

I signed up for the fitness app and accidentally hit the meal subscribe button. Within less than one hour of realizing this mistake, I contacted the company for a refund and it was very quickly declined. AVOID this company. They also claim a 4.8 out of 5 rating from Sitejabber which is a lie.

They will lie about their 30 money back guarantee, they do not have to refund you and they won't. I wad deceived and thought this app was a work out app. They told me that they will l not refund my money, but I could buy a second subscription to their work out program, like I would ever give them any money ever again. Don't waste your time. They are liars, deceptive practices.

This is a scam do not buy this plan. The information fools you into buying a week of service and at the end of 7 days they charge you credit card for a month of worthless meal plans. They refuse to give you your money back. DoNOT BUY. BUYER BEWARE

This app is just a rubbery… no refund no support. Just charge the customer. That's all. It is a shame… even without asking they charge you for a couple of months and then they say there is no refund

Caution to all new buyers! These guys are bunch of cheaters. Their refund promise is a lie. Things they will hide in their site and only after buying you will see that you have been charged more than what you expected.
They will show you that you will be charged $15.99 and it will be completely refundable but they will charge additional $29.99 and $19.99 without being transparent and overall you will see $65+ charges. To my horror when I wrote to them within an hour to unsubscribe and return money they didn't. Please keep away from being cheated.

P.S. They are also deaf and dumb. They will simply say we are sorry. User experience is value less. User complaints are meaningless. They'll hide and won't show you charges upfront. When you see charges made to your bank account or credit card only option you have is to spread awareness and call your bank to declare them as fraudster. I'm calling each and every bank now to request consider Unimeal as fraud. Bunch of f-ing scammers. I'll fight to the end and raise awareness. That's only what I can do now.

Fraudsters and thieves, professional only for scams and lies. Once you pay them a subscription, they will invent and charge a new one even before the previous subscription expires. Beware, it's organized crime! And their menus are too bad, they repeat the same recipe over and over again. If you don't want to have your money stolen from your account, avoid these thieves! One big NO!

I googled anti inflammatory diet app and this came up so I subscribed. Within three hours of having the app, I requested a refund because they did not have an anti inflammatory diet plan. After two weeks, they got back to me and rejected the refund. Horrible way to treat customers. Then in the short time I did have the app I chose the fasting plan. You would think if someone is choosing a fasting plan, they wouldn't want heavy carbs. The breakfast was rice. The mid morning snack was cucumber on bread. And Lunch was rice. Are you kidding? So bad. I hope this company fails miserably as I'm sure they're failing anyone looking for a healthy meal plan.

And I even do not say anything about their plan which absolutely rubbish as their app is as well.

I was accidently charged twice and they don't want to refund me second charge.

I signed up at 19.50 USD to give it a trial as I wanted to lose 3 kg over 1 month which as per advertising its easily to achieve. After that I got another automated deduction of 29.96 USD and 59.98 ( through paypal without authorisation. I tried to get the refund through their customer services which seems to be impossible. "BE AWARE" this is a scam. I totally regret this purchase, also be aware if you purchase it though the website you cannot cancel it through the App, the App also does not appear on the "subscriptions"on you iPhone.

I bought a plan for almost 15 dollars. After singin into the app, there are several typical steps, where they ask if you would be interested in a workout plan etc. I clicked on yes, it took one more 20 dollars and another 30 dollars from my credit card, without even me approving this transaction with a bank. They refuse to refund anything, claim to do everything legally. I think the person who responds is an AI product, sends the same refusal of refund message to all requests. Such professional scammers, stay away from this company! I don't understand how can they get away with this! It is such a hit&run! While I keep trying to file complaints everywhere, I dearly wish that they can't get any good out of any penny they took from all the complaint owners here!

I was downloading a fasting app and I didn't even realize that Unimeal had taken over. I thought I was still on the original app. So when I realized I gave the wrong people my money, I immediately emailed to cancel. The return my email with I'm sorry, you do not qualify for a refund. Don't qualify?! I didn't even download your app nevermind use it. This was pure disception from the start.

I downloaded the app and paid the fee to see content. I requested cancelation and refund 2 hours later. They refuse to issue refund...

I was looking at a pilates sight and to purchase a pilates program when somehow, still baffling to me, I ended up purchasing unimeal. Within just a couple of minutes after purchase I realized I purchased the wrong thing, I emailed Unimeal immediately and explained the situation and requested a refund. They denied my request. I rarely write a review, but I feel very frustrated as I feel it would have been very easy for them to have refunded back my $25. I would never purchase anything from this company.
