Definitely a scam. I sign up and request to cancel within 15 minutes and they wouldn't allow.

Definitely a scam. It's owned by AMOAPPS LIMITED. Look up Harna Fitness and Madmuscles on Trustpilot. The number of people they have scammed is crazy.
