Very very difficult to discontinue their so called plan. Keeps billing your account and takes the money every month. When I go on app. It tells me my subscription has expired yet continues to collect my money. MULTIPLE phone calls, gave all information requested, NEVER got a call back. Something should be done about this company THIEVES and LIARS. Please don't fall for this terrible company would give 0 stars if that was an option

I downloaded the app and it was rubbish. Not worth a single penny. Tried to get refund within 5 minutes of purchasing but they told me I don't meet criteria for a refund! It's a scam. Avoid at all costs. Much better apps to use. Don't use them. Terrible customer service.

I never opened up my plan that was purchased accidentally. They did not give me my money back even though I never used or opend up the product. Don't waste your time or money.

I was in Instagram and received an ad for $19.99 for a 30 day trial which I paid for with my credit card. After 15 days I was charged extra $39.99 without my consent and now they don't want to refund me because they say that was stated when I agreed to make initial payment. They are now offering me 3 months free! No way I am going to acceed if they have charged me for something I have not authorized. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS! They are based in Cyprus so there is no way you can make any demand, claim, etc

What they're doing is actually legal. But it's misleading and completely immoral. They don't pre-warn you that payment will be taken just before they do so (relying on you forgetting about it basically). I said at the very beginning of the billing period that I wanted to cancel. I said that I wasn't using the app and didn't intend on using it again but that wasn't a good enough reason for them so I wasn't refunded. It's not an inspiring app, the recipes weren't great. They just don't care and they certainly don't listen. Gas-lighters.

I subscribed to Unimeal. And after subscribing remembered not a good idea, as I was going through some digestive issues, that I needed to work through first.
I cancelled within 24 hrs. And never used it.
I was refused a refund!
I find this policy very unprofessional. As I will be moving forward with legal advice. I know it's only $40, but it's my $40.
I was excited about this program, and looking forward to using it in the future, but not now.

Be aware! They will take money out of your account unknowingly and they do not do refunds. Make sure you read all fine print before you subscribe!

My 17 year old daughter made a mistake and immediately informed these people that she wanted to cancel. We communicated to them multiple times that the order was a mistake and needed to be corrected. They didi not respond for over 24 hours. Although the cancellation was made within minutes of the order Elizabeth just responded and stated sorry we are keeping your money, They are HIGHLY unethical. We recommend not doing business with these people.

This site and app is a scam. Avoid. They offer a 30 day money back (unqualified guarantee) and when you cancel and try to rely on it within that time they abdicate all responsibility. See picture below - the guarantee is a lie. Most telling is they refer to this site and claim a 4.8 rating review which as you can see is incorrect. This is a dodgy offshore company. BEWARE! These people are scammers.

This company charged me 3 months for not even using the service and did not refund me. I reached out to them still they didn't refund me any money rather they were giving me their policy bull$#*!, do not trust this company and don't get their any service. They are big time lie

They sell a one time meal plan and out of knowhere, your card has a automatic payment setup... and when you open a claim, they say that they cannot refund you. Be careful with his people.

I cancelled before first so called free days up to now have charged £24.99 x 3 trying to sort it now

I purchased the app for $19.99. I never used it. I was billed another $29.99 on the 29th day. I had no idea there was a monthly subscription fee when I signed up and there was no free 30 day offer. My refund request was denied because I didn't use the app for 14 consecutive days!

STAY AWAY! Unimeal just wants your money. It's not worth what they are charging.

So I initially signed up I wanted to see the plans. Only way you can do that is by paying so I paid the 20. Bucks. The meal plans are terrible they had all the food that I said I didn't want on there. So I requested a refund. They have done nothing but give me the runaround. They have now said I don't meet their requirements for a refund. So I asked what are your requirements have not heard back from them. I have asked for a phone #. These dam business that hide behind their email make me very angry. Do not use them

Just as some of the other reviews stated, they include items that you deselected and suggest "swapping" the recipe for something else. That's ridiculous - the whole appeal of this to me was that it's supposed to be customized to YOU and your preferences. I intended to use the app and just insert foods I was eating (like you would do with other popular meal tracking apps) and was highly disappointed in this as well. I searched for a common name-brand food and got a bunch of other random results. Contacted for a refund and was told no after a week of no response, however I was offered a free 3 months! Thanks for subscribing me even more so to a service I dislike - not! There's a reason they don't offer a trial - it's to scam you. I would highly recommend avoiding.

They will auto renew your subscription without you knowing, and refuse to give you a refund even after contacting them and stating your right of withrawal. You need to contact them to cancel your subscription after the first subscription (nobody will do it as nobody knows they will be charged a second time).

They just play around their garbage policy to take customer's money.

I hope all their stolen money burns.

I did the survey and all the recipes included stuff I wouldn't eat. Yes there is a swap feature but swapping was always the the same food. The menu was not specific enough. The app was NOT the easiest. I contacted Unimeal for a refund and I was offered 3 months for free. Big deal. Then they changed my menu removing the foods and told me they will not refund my money. Don't use this app they just grab money and no support.
