Customer service was there to help me every step of the way, had some minor delays with customs and clearance and Unice team was there to help whenever I needed the help. I finally received the hair. It's beautiful, pre-everything. The lace is close to invisible looks so natural, the curls are Amazing, it was worth the purchase and also love the bag the hair came in great for storage. From the people responsible for sewing the wig, to the ones shipping and customer service many thanks to you all. Will be buying more and recommending my friends to try your wigs.

They let me know after placing order that the length I chose will have to be crafted and take longer, and gave me the option of waiting or choosing a different length they had in stock. Most places will just have you waiting until you reach out to them on why it's taking so long, so the communication is definitely appreciated!
It feels so comfortable without shedding. It looks so natural too! I got tons of compliments, definitely get it! And it is pre-cut, pre-bleached, and pre-plucked. This is definitely a quality wig.

Was contacted by customer service that rhe wig I ordered was out of stock. They let me know the had the same one in a longer length and asked if I would take that. I said yes but didn't feel I should have to pay the difference in price. They agreed and covered the extra price! That's great!

I had some issues receiving my package, no fault of UNICE, but they were willing to help me locate with USPS, which they really didn't have to. Great Custom Service... I needed to cancel my order because I chose the wrong product. It was impossible to cancel. I literally tried contacting through online chat, their phone number, emailing them, their Whatsapp even! The cancel button on their website doesn't work, their phone number is fake and is apparently "text only", and the website chat was just a robot who offered generated responses, their Whatsapp and email did not respond to me. So many methods of contact, and nothing! Why does the order cancel button not work? Finally after a day, they contacted me through text and asked me what they can do to fix it so I won't cancel. What? I literally explained through five methods of contact that it's because I purchased the wrong item, but all you can ask me is what can we do to help? So, so disappointed. Please note the terrible grammar their customer service uses, but when replying to bad reviews on here they have all the vocabulary in the world.
Be aware once they have your money, it's very hard for them to let it go. To cancel an order they keep asking me why instead of respecting my wishes.
For this reason I want nothing to do with them. Such bad customer support makes me afraid of anything else going wrong. Can't take that chance.

Unfortunately, I did not receive my first package, so I had to reach out to customer service about the mishap with FedEx. After speaking with an agent, they ensured my satisfaction by shipping out a new wig. Although it was shorter, I am happy to have received something! Answer: 24 to 48 hours is what was said I have been waiting on the wig for 8 going on 9 days please let me know something please. This is my first order and is supposed to receive a surprise box. TY Dana Herman
