It was realistic,easy to maintain, blended wonderfully the baby hair is styled and precut which made my experience convenient.The edges were pre-plucked. I used a small amount of foundation for the part, and applied very little to perimeter, around edges. The hair is a very nice quality, True to length and density meets 200% density described. I ordered it Wednesday, July 3. It shipped Thursday & I got it Friday morning/afternoon. My mind is blown absolutely astonishing shipping service. The hair is super pretty, very soft, I love the blond highlights. Upon opening it, I wasn't sure about it but then I gave it a few hours and I began to love it. I think it's only because I'm used to super curly hair rather than body wave, and I'm also trying out color so it was an adjustment. But I am loving this wig! And I'll be a returning customer for sure! Get ton of compliments on it, if you're still reading and not buying what are you doing? GET IT.

I was messaged about the wig I ordered not being available and was offered another wig in it's placed and they covered the difference. They messaged me back late a night, which I am thankful for as I was unavailable earlier. The customer service was great and appreciated.
The customer service by far is Great! So i ordered a wig and received an email saying the unit i ordered need sometime to prepare. I said no problem can i just pick out another unit? He said yes! I so did and its on it way! I was chatting with Steven he answered all of my questions in a timely manner.
