They are horrible online I purchased 2axies they told me they couldn't mail with live guarantee, but another company had no problem rainy day aquatics is 5 stars they sent me a beautiful healthy melonoid 3 inch but underground took my money sold the. Ones I purchased offered me a melonoid I ordered a leutistic and wild c'mon they said they would refund and hung up quickly and yet no refund DONT ORDER UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED. Ordered from rainy day. After and 2 weeks later still waiting on. Underground reptiles those pics are from rainy day aquatics order atleast they stick with their word.

I just wanted to express my experience towards you. Recently I purchased a uromastyx from you guys in November where it only lasted a month. I noticed a change in behavior where I contacted your company on what to do. I was told to soak it in water because it was "constipated" there had to be other issues going on then that. The gentleman told me that I could get a "discount" because of my lost but that is not good enough. I made a second purchase where I could pick it up at a facility. When I got to the facility there was no package to later hear from your employee that the item was "out of stock" no one contacted me about an out of stock issue. Over the last few days the item showed how many was in stock. It is unacceptable to be treated this way and sad to say I can't do business with this company again. At the end of the day thank you for my refund cause that's the best solution...

I have orderd from them twice and my orders were not simple. And i changed them at the last minute and i have to say they couldn't have been more helpful we had the trip from hell and were late getting to the Airport they kept in contact with me and the airline and all my animals came home in perfect condition! I will continue to purchase Reptiles from them.

I was looking forward to meet my softshell turtle, when he arrived I noticed he had white spots on his skin with bloody bumps. The next day after he died with his eyes open.

Both animals arrived alive, but our ball python isnt doing very well. No heat amenities were offered to the animals. The scorpion is ok! However the ball python is ice cold. I have her on heat now and trying to rehabilitate but she's very cold. Disappointed and expect more care to be taken no matter the price of an animal. I'm giving 3 stars because at least she did not arrive dead. Less than desirable experience for my first ever online order. Usually purchase my reptiles at expos.

Been a long time customer……. Usually great but past year has turned into a terrible place. Last six orders had missing animals and sick/dead on arrival. Last week I order a smooth front caiman. Came in frozen, twitching and wouldn't eat. Contacted them and was given nothing but smart $#*! remarks. Died today. Absolutely worthless company. Sick animals. Will never order from again. Pics of frogs sent to me dead, and had to be dead before even sent

I ended up ordering from Underground Reptiles after having an outrageously horrible customer service experience with Backwater Reptiles. I ordered a Salcata Tortoise hatchling on Thursday evening and the little guy was delivered the following morning. It was packaged in a small plastic container with a heating pad on top. It seemed kind of lethargic at first but perked up when I put it under the heat lamp. It is eating, drinking, and digging happily. I would order from this company again.

We got a awesome cute little Kenyan sand boa. It was a baby as promised. It also seems visibly healthy. We are very happy with our new sand boa.

Is my Florida Is soft shell turtle is doing great I purchased it for is stitfruit underground reptiles also they take good care of their animals it seems like to me. The only reason why I didn't give this a 5 star rating due to the fact of it seems like it's not really sociable lized When I got it it took some time to get it to what is it to want to eat and I understand and I understand when you put him in a new environment they get real nervous and you should not feed them. 2 days later I try feed Nick it wants to eat now I was able to contact on the ground reptile and ask them questions and they told me they do not have an interaction with them which is fine. I am pleased with the soft shell turtle I got from them it's still a small baby And has a lot of growing to do. I would recommend them to other friends and family. The shipping is on time and they have good customer service
