These shoes are a bit stiff and hard inside and one of them squeaks when I walk so I'm wondering about the quality of this product. I did receive them fairly quickly.
Wow. Wish I had read these reviews sooner. I can't believe they can get away with this. My Under Armour order has said out for delivery for DAYS. I have been home almost the entire time. No evidence of a delivery. No notes left. I contaced Under Armour and they were terribly unhelpful. They don't actually give you a fedex tracking number either so I can't even take it up with them. Never. Ever. Ever. Again will I buy from them. They had no problem taking well over $100 for my order but seem unconcerned that I never got it.
I ordered something on June 28,2018 for a birthday gift needed by July 13th and immediately received an Expected Arrival Date of July 5th. Its July 7th and my item hasnt even shipped. I received no order update due to weather which is something most companies will inform customers of, so I called customer service to find out if there were any issues. They said everything seems to be fine and that the order is just delayed for some reason, but had no estimated shipping date or update for me. I usually order Under Armour items from Amazon and couldnt because this was a UA exclusive. Its the last time Ill order directly from UA.
You can place your order hours before their cutoff time, but your shipment will be delayed by 24-48 hours for no reason. It's better to buy UA products on Amazon than from the actual manufacturer... And that's sad to say! Ultimately, don't waste your money paying for overnight shipment because it is very rare that they actually ship items correctly.
I placed and order back in February overnight. Never received the product... spoke with a customer service rep who assured me that I will get refunded but it never happen. Call again and spoke to a horrible supervisor name STEVE W who didn't seem to care about my concern or situation.
I purchased 3 items on the 3rd May and the money was taken from my account on the 4th May, I paid by PayPal. I recieved my order on the 22nd May after numerous calls, there was one item out of stock and I still havnt recieved a credit for this item. I took out a dispute with PayPal and when I phoned customer services they told me they could not credit my account until I stopped my dispute with PayPal. When I phoned PayPal and explained what was said they said the advice was not true and they then escalated the dispute further to get my money back within 3 days. Thank goodness for PayPal which is a great company to pay with, the customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with and I will not be using again.
Where is my order? Phone # doesn't work. Don't buy from them on there site. You will end up doing a chargeback to get your $$ back. LOTS of COMPLAINTS
Have ordered from them 4 times, failed to get my complete order ALL 4 TIMES. Why their site cannot accurately reflect their stock is a mystery. I've never seen this with any other online retailer. There are plenty of companies out there who make athletic apparel that will cause you half of the headaches. Don't bother complaining about a bad experience either, they don't care.
I ordered sweaters and joggers from here. All were great quality. All were true to size.The only issue was getting them at different times. Some were gifts and the last 2 deliveries almost didn't make it in time. They were about a week and a half later than my other clothes.
I recently bought an UA t-shirt from a store, wore it once for a workout and I was sweating in it - it turned brown everywhere that I sweat! So I called they took the shirt back but I had to pay shipping and have me a $14 Hoft card in return (my purchase was $24) then I buy a new t-shirt online from their site and pay another $15 plus my gift card get the shirt wear it once to workout and sweat, like I think most people do during a workout and it turns brown again. I call and they say yo return it and I might possibly get a refund and the $14 gift card back. Thabk you but no thank you I will wear it for junk and NEVER buy another product from them again. Horrible expensive products and horrible customer service.
I bought a UnderArmour winter coat from Cabela's in 2016 after which I broke the zipper on, it was nearing spring so I never took it back to Cabela's until winter 2017 they wouldn't exchange it due to time passed. I contacted UA on Facebook told them what happened they paid for shipping to their warehouse and refunded me $250 which I used to purchase the same jacket and with free shipping.
I really do like their clothing and their prices, but their customer service is terrible. First off, they don't do exchanges... what?! I had to return something via mail, wait 14 DAYS to be credited back, and then re-buy the sweatshirt. Absolutely ridiculous. Their excuse? "It's busy season"... umm yea, it's busy season at Macy's and $#*!'s too but I was paid back within a day! Now I see why this company is struggling.
I wish I had read these reviews before I placed my order. I selected 2 day shipping upon checkout. After I submitted the request, somehow my order was changed to standard shipping. I called UA first thing, and they told me there was nothing they could do. My order hadn't even been shipped yet. "It was too far along in the process." Seems stupid to send it out when all I'm going to do is send it right back. Completely useless people in customer service, and it took an hour for them to tell me this. I will not order from them again, and I'll be returning items to the store since shipping returns also seems to be an issue with them.
I ordered a few shirts and shorts to my house. It was there within 3 working days. Im pretty impressed with their shipping. Would order again.
I called customer service at 9AM this morning to place an expedited order for Cold Gear legging in a color that is only available on-line. They told me that they could get the order out the same day and deliver next day. I called back 10 hours later to get a status and they informed me that the order hadn't been picked yet. My son has a NCAA soccer game in 48 hours and there is no chance that I'm going to get the leggings he needs given that the game temperature is going to be 35 degrees. Unacceptable Customer Service and operational execution. While Under Armour may have superiors products their operations and customer service are abysmal.
OMG. Worst customer service ever. I ordered online 2 shorts and shoes. Returned both in august. Its almost November and they have not refunded my money. I have contacted customer support 9 times! They blamed the hurricanes, the weather and everything else on the slow processing. Finally last month they refunded my shorts but no shoes. I called last month and they promised last month I would get refund. Did I get it? No. Then called today and they want to refund part of my money. Will they do it? Probably not. Why partly? I emailed them and no response. They are crooks.
We had ordered 6 pairs of the Boxerjocks and one pair they did not take off the security tag prior to shipping. I tried at a few places in town to have it removed with no luck. So I mailed in the product for an EXCHANGE, 3 weeks later and no email notifications I call for a status update. They have refunded my account- I WANTED THE PRODUCT! That is the reason we ordered what we did. Very frustrating to say the lease!
I bought a pair of UA heat gear compression shorts. They fell apart at the seams after 2 uses. What a waste of@$50. The seams are glued together and they fall apart in the wash. I thought UA had the best products on the market. My experience is that they have some of the worst quality in the clothing industry. I will not buy another product of theirs and I will post my experience on facebook as well
Ordered an item waited about a week called to see when item would ship was told it was set to ship that day. Called again today 2 weeks out and was told item is sold out. However item is still for sale online but at a higher price. I was a huge underarmour shopper but that will be my last purchase. Sent to 3 diff customer services reps and still don't see where they have credited me for the item they "supposedly" no longer have
Selected Canada Post as shipping option but got Fed Ex tracking# instead.
Phoned CS and was told they would fix it only to discover a few days later it
Had indeed shipped by Fed Ex.
No drop off point in my town for them so had to arrange a day when I'd be home.
U/A talks a good game but drops the ball in CS/shipping.
