Bought a six pack of women's socks. The large logo, that sits on the top of your foot, has not had the threads trimmed from the reverse side. You can not wear them with shoes because of the lumpiness from the logo. Spent hours trimming off threads, etc. Eventually cut a hole in one pair trying to trim them to make them wearable. Will never purchase Under Armour anything again--when your product branding makes your products unuseable...
I've posted a longer review on trustpilot, but save yourself some hassle, frustration and money, and just go elsewhere. Please!
I ordered an item online as a gift on 3rd December, and was charged immediately, but it's still being processed 10 days later, with no sign of being shipped. Customer support is useless, just tells me the "small delays" are due to cyber week... And even though it hasn't been dispatched yet, when I asked to cancel the order and get my money back, they say they can't cancel once an order has been placed, and they can only refund you when you send back an item. So now I have to wait until this item arrives (in all likelihood I will have to find a replacement gift and spend more money in the meantime) and then send it back to them even though I don't want it anymore and I don't want waste more time waiting for it. How many people will bother doing that, and how much money will Under Armour make out of customers losing the will to go through that whole rigmarole. And what happens if the item never arrives...?
Do yourselves a favour and avoid Under Armour like the plague. The whole experience has felt like I'm dealing with a unknown company advertising cheap crap on Instagram and ships from China (no offence China). It just feels like a scam business, not a multinational retailer. I will NEVER buy anything from them again, and I'll be advising every I know to do the same.
Don't order from this company online! They refuse to cancel your order even if you have only ordered minutes before. They would rather ship it to you no matter what. Very poor customer service.
I signed up for the armourbox with the impression it was created for you to USE and test out before committing to buying. That you would provide feedback and then send back what you didn't like. After my 2nd box since they didn't ask questions like if I need neutral or stability sneakers, I was told my returns from the 1st box looked used and didn't have the tags on. I wrote several times expressing that the program said to use it for 7 days and decide. Now I'm being warned that the next time I use the product or take tags off, I'll be charged for them. But I had already done this since the note about the policy came AFTER i had the box open! I have canceled and am asking them to let me return it as is this last time. They are not understanding. I know how to order online and yet it on and send it back. Everyone does this. The uniqueness of this box was to see if it was functional for your needs. This has been an awful experience.
I purchased the Under Armour Healthbox a few years ago. First the band of the wrist monitor disintegrated, then the display started to go out from the edges working in, until it was totally unusable. So I abandoned the band and started using the UA Record APP. This app was working for a while, it now crashes within minutes of starting the app, losing data. For the most part, the clothing from UnderArmour has been satisfactory, but the Healhbox was a complete bust. Every time I contacted UA Customer support I got a run around, and the most they offered was to apply part of the cost to another Healthbox, so I gave up.
First time they stood me up they said they meant next Friday. Second time they cancelled they said they "had no way to get them there"? I didn't ask why. This is the 2nd time I arranged to have this day off.
Ordering is easy. Even returning is easy. But don't try to reach a live person to speak with. It just won't happen. I have ordered several sizes of shirts but none fit. I wanted to cancel the order for the three remaining shirts I have not received but I can't reach anyone to help me with this. When you call the phone number the recording always says that the call volume is higher than normal & you can press one to be called back. It never happens. If you try to start an on-line chat, you may find yourself #41 in the queue. Not going to order again from this company.
Order a backpack 2 weeks ago, still being processed! Called customer service Fri called back 3hrs later, then was told it would be fast tracked, they apologized for then told me it would be at our house by Wed. Called back that evening, order still being processed, after about 1/2hr talked to a gentlemen who told me he can't tell me exact date on arrival as the warehouse is backed up. Also told me she should have never told me that, told him let me guess, its a lie, and factory pushing to many hrs with not enough employees, he said you know it. Early lady told me what I wanted to hear. On phone still trying to cancel order been on hold for 3hr 6min customer service sucks, must still be processing my call 3hrs later, dont recommend ever ordering though Under Armour. Message while on hold we run, we train, we win, all to make you better, how but you make your customer service, I stopped buying Nike I can stop buying Under Armour! Ordered Adidas bag came in 7 days thanks for nothing!
If you have a problem with your order, forget about asking customer service! I placed an order on underarmour.com, and there was an issue with it. I received an email asking to call customer service about it. I called, and selected the option of having them call me back. After 3 hours, they called back, and when I answered the phone, no one was on it. I figured that there was something wrong on their end, but they didn't lcall back again. I called them back two days later, and still got the message about having them call back. This time I stayed on hold - 1 hour and 40 minutes later, I still didn't get anyone. I couldn't fix the issue by phone or online. I guess they don't want the business.
My father bought my son some items and died they where the wrong size and when we tried to return them and told them what happened they said send them back. We did they sent them back to us saying there was no receipt. We called and the girl on the phone laughed at us. we asked to speak to her boss and she said I am the boss her name Alyssa and she should burn in hell for laughing at him.
I received a coupon code via email for $40 off $100 purchase. The code would not work. I contacted support via chat, Donald R gave me additional codes to try, none of which worked so he told me to call the 888 number and someone could take my order over the phone and apply discount. I called helpline and was on the phone with Devon J for at least 30-45 min. He too gave me additional codes to try, none of which worked. He then hung up on me with no explanation. I called back and got an after hours message and that I should send an email which I did - so far no response. Two days later I received an email to do a survey about their customer support - I did and rated them very poorly and gave my contact info and said I would be happy to talk with them about my experience. No response. Very disappointed in what I thought was a good company.
Ordered Headbands x4.2 shipped immediately and was here the next day i was shocked at how fast. Received a messaged the next day about the other 2 out of stock so they had to cancel. But overall very happy with the efficienct and communicstion
Used chat feature to inquire about a descrepancy between the illustrated product color and the one used in the description. My question was simple, which one will a receive if I order this product, illustrated or described. CSR response was: I know that sometimes that happens. It just happened to me but if you receive the item and for whatever reason you do not like it you can return it for free. Like, WTF?!? How is this any way to conduct business? Why would I waste my time and effort ordering something where their was a 50/50 chance of getting what I ordered to only have to go to the struggle of returning the thing? Love the brand and its product lines, but I'll pass on ordering online.
I knew this brand because they sponsored Curry and believed that this brand might be another trustworthy sport brand. Therefore, I bought one pair of running shoes which cost me over 100 dollars and did not receive them at all. I connected with the customer service and asked them for a solution twice. At the beginning, they promise me that they will send me another pair or refund my money. However, they did nothing. I thought that the USPS guys delivered the products on my front door, where someone stolen it. And they thought this is my fault and refuse to give me another pair. I am pretty mad about their this. They thought that they can go away from these delivered products because customers will not bother to file a law suit against them by such small amount lost. They are right. But We will never ever ever buy any Under Armour's products.
Trash manager hung up on me 3x after admitting his mistake and not rectifying. Truly unprofessional and zero class.
I have been a fan since last year of their sportswear especially shorts. But now I am disappointed because threads are pulling out of the pockets section and they said I did it on purpose. What the hell? I just wore it twice!!! Disappointed
Tried to use the chat live feature only to have a man named Robert D. Not care about an out of stock item in which I had questions about. He didn't end up helping and just disconnected me because he was probably the only person handling an entire line of people in the queue. VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS EXPERIENCE! WILL NOT BE RETURNING!
I was hired at under armour recently for a seasonal customer service rep. The place is a beautiful place to work. The seasonal people that i was going to be working with were very friendly and I enjoyed how they trained new comers. The information they expected us to learn in such a short amount of time was a bit extreme for the pay amount. There were not alot of "ethinic" people working within which to me seem very weird being as though they put there merchandise on a mass amount of dark skinned people. I felt very uneasy at times because the full time workers would look as if I was not suppose to be there.
Kevin Plank had a town hall meeting within the company stating false allegations about a headline in the media on Monday November 5,2018. They started to speak on all the new things they were working on bringing to the team to increase engagement. Statistics showed that they were working on bringing more "colored people" in the company. I was automatically offended. Colored has not been used since the times of segregation. I quit the next day.
Last year we ordered a pair of shoes for my son. Tracking said that shoes were shipped and payment was deducted from our account. Never received the shoes on the date they said they would be delivered. A few days later my husband called and someone in customer service told him that they would have to cancel the order and reorder because something went wrong with our payment and the shoes never shipped. So, the payment was reversed and put back into our account, shoes were reordered and we received them in 2 days. A week later a second pair of shoes showed up and another charge was deducted from our account. I called customer service to request the money put back in our account because the first order was cancelled and they would not do it since we received the shoes even though I told them we would return the 2nd pair. Last week my husband made the mistake of ordering from Under Armour a second time... well same thing happened, we received a tracking # for the shoes, did not receive the shoes on the supposed day they were to be deliver, husband called the next day asking what was going on tried to cancel the order so we could just go to the store and buy a different pay and they wouldn't allow him to cancel because the item had already shipped... they did offer us a 20% discount (that we never received) it's a horrible experience with Under Armour and I wouldn't suggest ordering from their website if you can avoid it!
Everything from underarmour is pretty good quality. I've never had any problems with under armour clothing
