Everything was great with exception to some minor scratches of a couple of the sabers.
It came a day or two later than it was supposed to but everything I ordered was in the package.
Shopping on Ultra Sabers is easy and effortless. I like seeing my total before I commit to buying. When I contacted them via email about the delay in my previous orders, I was informed that adjustments were implemented due to Covid-19. However, I feel comfortable knowing that my order is priority. I'm willing to wait a while until they are up to speed again. So even though three months passed since my initial orders, we are willing to wait. The quality is well worth the wait!
No updates. Emailed multiple times and received nothing in response. Then I got my order and one of the blades were too small. I wish i could work it out to get this fixed but I never get any customer service responses
Not sure why an order for 3 mystery sabers must take 6 weeks to arrive. It's about what I expected, though -- based on past order times of 5 weeks for grab-bag sabers. I have learned to enjoy the anticipation. Beside that, you have reasonable prices for decent products, so I intend to order from you again when the right sales come up.
Im completely satisfied with my purchases.
Service was quick and easy. Shiping took a minute, but it did not really impact my impression against Ultra Sabers at all.

Crappy customer service
It is a beautiful saber and I'm pleased.
I was very happy with my saber, but there are a few issues.
For one, I heard something rattling inside of the hilt, but I could not tell what it was. I think it was the batteries moving up and down as I tilted my saber. I unscrewed the bottom and put some felt in to secure it, so it's fine now. But I wish that wasn't there.
It also took a ridiculous amount of time! I understand that we are dealing with COVID-19 at this time, but it took over a month for it to ship out.
Although both of those things happened, everything else was wonderful. Their customer service was excellent; I was able to speak with an actual person rather than a computer. The saber itself is great, from the color to the weight. I would buy from here again, possibly.
Ordered a saber, waited more than the estimated time. Wrote them a friendly e-mail asking for updates, no response. Wrote another E-mail a few days later. No response. Contacted Paypal to take back the money, got an automated response from Ultrasabers. Never received anything. Was so excited to finally get my years long wanted lightsaber. Poor, poor customer service! DO NOT RECCOMMEND! STAY. AWAY!
Delivered early, and everything was as ordered. Highly recommend.
Good. No complications, ample options for personal preference. Overall very fine tuned and enjoyable experience.
It wasn't bad waiting considering everything that is going on. We are really happy with our lightsabers!
I never received my order I either want a refund or a new item please
The product and shopping experience is wonderful. It took a little over 2 weeks I think for it to get here. Ordered it June 20th and saw it July 7th. I did get some aluminum splinters stuck in my hand during my first few uses that were gnarly to get out. I wear gloves occasionally now when using the sabers for extended periods of time cause I'm not sure if it'll keep happening. Not sure if there's a disclaimer of that anywhere but I'd keep that in mind. They were easy to dig out but still splinters are pain literally and figuratively.
Got the dark apprentice v4 I think and I got it literally like 2 weeks later. The first saber I bought took the normal delivery time but I guess since this one was a more basic saber they maybe already had some made ready to ship or something idk. Either way out of the two purchases I've made from ultrasabers I'm super happy with the service as well as my sabers. I got the fallen for me as the grandmaster and the dark apprentice for my daughter as my troublesome Padawan lmao

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
Answer: We live in the same state and can't even get them to ship us ours. Its been 4mo with no luck
Simply put, we make awesome lightsabers. The bottom line to Ultra Sabers is quality of product, affordability, and superb customer service.
