Everything is great, there was a problem with my order, missing charger and coupon rewards... But I sent an email and everything was solved within minutes, a minor annoyance. Customer service is excellent will deal with again
There are a lot of options to choose from...so lots of description to read through in order to understand what you're purchasing. Overall, great experience.
Had a small problem where I thought the bulb had died, after contacting customer service it turned out that the Li-ion batteries had become "fully dead" meaning they wouldn't recharge because I had left them idle in the saber for too long, after purchasing some new batteries the saber ignited immediately.

I could not believe how quickly my saber arrived after ordering! I had a great idea of what the saber would be like using youtube reviews and the saber forum, and it still managed to exceed my expectations! I did manage to strip my retention screw within the first 5 minutes of opening my package (do not over tighten), but as soon as I got it out I went to a hardware store to buy a better one than the standard screw that is shipped with the saber.
So impressed with the service and the impressive product that we have received. So impressed I've bought more sabers as Christmas presents!

The whole shopping process felt very good, very streamlined. However, I have sensitive eyes, and light text on a dark background is very straining. I wish the background/font for the website was different colors (Ideally white background, black text).
I really liked my light saver it was made really well the only thing I did say is a week after I received the item I got a tax invoice and had to pay an extra £20 after I had paid everything

Before: Well, the randomness is really confusing. But other than that it is all good. Customer service replied really fast and patient too.
After: Light Sabers are a thing everywhere. The quality received is excellent! There are some things that I feel could be better though. The amount of hot glue used to stick the inner films to the saber, located at the opening could be reduced and made more efficient. Perhaps the saber could be a little bit longer. It is kind of too short. But other than these minor complaints, all is good in the light of the force.
Ordered two mystery boxes, and one had premium sound. I am pleased with the quality of both hilts. They are very well made
I was able to receive the products sooner than I excepted.
