The first order attempt had issues with the address, then the credit card company didn't change all info from a recent move... drama?
But once all those things were cleared up, I had to enter all danger data back in... and it worked. Processing was minimal time considering their popularity, and delivery was fine.
I can't wait to see what promos await... I'll start saving my money now!

I have wanted a replica lightsaber like this since 1978, when I first saw Star Wars during its cinematic rerelease. The saber is Anakin Skywalker's, as given to Luke by Obi-Wan. It's beautiful and works like a charm. I selected the Neopixel blade and Ultraproffie Lite soundboard. They are amazing. The only things I would like to have see improved are the instructions, as I initially thought my saber was defective. It would only operate while plugged in to the battery charger. I discovered on my own that the battery had a plastic iterrupter installed that first had to be removed in order for it to work. There was nothing about that mentioned in the sparse documentation included. Otherwise, I would highly recommend UltraSabers.
Shipping time wasn't too bad. Packaging was great. The light saber look epic and functional properly.

Had some issues with a saber I bought 5 years ago, customer service was absolutely fantastic.
Got the delivery without any problem and was in great condition. The mystery boxes are always a fun thing to try out if you can't think of a custom saber you want.

I bought a mystery box and got just a basic lightsaber. The package arrived damaged but luckily the saber was unaffected.
Ultrasabers team reached out to me when I ordered a blade from them because they realized I likely made an error about blade type in my order. They were right! Not only did they reach out and correct my mistake, they further held my hand when I once again bungled the order change process. 10/10 product 11/10 customer service
Cheap, durable, and lots of fun. They came out better than I anticipated but of course they have their small weak spots such as flimsy plastic and easily bendable. But very much worth it for a cheap price!

My order didn't seem very complex but none the less, the turn around was impressive! My daughter loves her purple Initiate V2.
I worked there as a fabricator, they were good with the diamond and emerald boards, even the basic lightsound was good, then they went to the newest "plug and play" assembly and they ruined it, now it would be better to buy cheap sabers from amazon, they treat employees like crap, supervisors are children, the owner is a narcissistic megalomaniac who could care less about quality or people. The whole comany is a failure at this point. Shop elsewhere.
