My new saber is awesome. The hilt is solid and the components sit well without any shifting or rattling. The sound is fantastic and the blade is bright! Saber is well made and I'm very satisfied. I'll be purchasing another one from Ultrasabers!
I bought a saber for my son and did not know much about them. Once we received the saber the quality was excellent. Very happy with it. Even better was the support. They respond very fast which was so much appreciated. I had to reach out a couple of times and they gave me very detailed help. I highly recommend they are a great company and nice to have the support that they provide!
I just ordered a replacement set of batteries for my sabers. After 4 years of stunt use and contact sparring action these sabers have held up through it all! I was pretty impressed at durability! I'd recommend using a light wrap of electrical tape around the batteries to keep them from falling out on those heavy hits. I would recommend UltraSabers over the other brands of sabers.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
Answer: We live in the same state and can't even get them to ship us ours. Its been 4mo with no luck
