When they first sent the package they forgot to put in A item that I ordered. When I emailed them they did get back to me about it and they did sens me the item I ordered with no problem.
The saber got here a lot faster than I expected and the quality is amazing. Will definitely be getting another saber soon.

While the saber is great, the wait time was ridiculous and they had zero customer service.
My lightsaber was in perfect condition it worked well and it feels like a real lightsaber I recommend Ultrasabers
As much as I have always loved this company since they first started and have bought close to 20 sabers from them over the last 5 years. The long extended weeks on turn around times, lack of customer service communication and extremely high cost of sound electronics has made it more feasible for new saber smiths to make there name on the market, & damaging the current im of the longer established Ultrasabers. It is my opinion that much like Disney losing much of its star wars fan base, i fear this company has now been hurt the same way.
The customer service is basically non-existent, so don't expect a timely response on changing your order, or any questions involving it. When they do respond, it's essentially a scripted response that doesn't help much. Made two separate orders roughly a week apart from each other, the latter arrived a month prior to the first order I made. The hilt of the saber was/is covered in glue? Or some other adhesive, the blade is not straight at all, it's arched. The hilt additionally has some significant use on it prior to it arriving as it was covered in scrapes and scratches. I would never recommend these guys to my worst enemy as the product doesn't redeem the horrible experience that is ordering and contacting the company. I strongly suggest going to a different site to make your lightsaber purchases, most are cheaper and provide sound without some ridiculous mark-up. Finally, they will try to tell you their soundboards are "top of the line and expensive to produce" They're not. They just want you to think they are, they're actually some of the cheapest basic soundboards you can buy. I hope Emory reads this and takes it to heart, your greed has ruined what you built. Your workers hate you, your customers hate you, make your company good again.

I ordered 2 lightsabers. They both came in really quick and I was really satisfied with both of them. After two days one of them kept shutting off. I contacted ultra sabers several times and no response. It's been almost 2 months and still no response. I need a refund on my faulty Lightsaber.
I contacted the company about making changes to the saber I received but no one ever got back to me
This company completely sucks, they tell you 3-4 weeks, it's been 10 weeks and I cant get a response from ultrasabers, not by phone, not by email, on where my purchase is, I paid 500 something for their fully loaded saber, they took the money from my account immediately and it's nowhere to be seen, cant even communicate with them on the status of my purchase, bought this overpriced toy for my autistic son who eats, sleeps and breathes everything starwars, this company is garbage
I can't wait to purchase another one soon!

It was very helpful and informative on how to do things
I like the products. They're quality stunt sabers, but it took 5 weeks for them to complete the order. That would have been fine if they had informed me in any way that they were going to need more time to complete the order. They didn't update my order form on the customer side of their website and were unreachable when I tried to get ahold of them for an update after 3 weeks. They never responded by email (which I expected), and their phone number was disconnected.
I'd expect austerity measures during the pandemic, but according to their forums, they're normally like that.
I'd recommend the products, but don't expect feedback from them.

I was very impressed with how my lightsaber came. The shipping was very quick. And the saber was in good quality. If i ever want another light saber i would definitely go to ultrasabers.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!

Simply put, we make awesome lightsabers. The bottom line to Ultra Sabers is quality of product, affordability, and superb customer service.
