Absolutely love my grab bag saber I got already. Perfect weight and heft to the hilt and blade. Love the feel and weight. Cant wait to get my other orders in.
I ordered a randomized saber with my friend on June 26 and did not receive any updates or responses until it arrived today on august 23. I got what I ordered but customer service is simply non-existent.
Lead time was about 8 weeks which seems normal during this pandemic. Arrived with zero issues. Got a mystery box which came with a initiate series hilt and blue blade.
My son was able to go through the process of customising every part of his light sabre. He was delighted with the product he received. We had to wait a few weeks for delivery but as we are in the UK it is to be expected
There was no wait to get this shipped and delivered to my house. The blade came with the pointed tip that I had asked for. The additional Shock pommel has fantastic acoustics on this Consular Green Dorinian. It has a nice loud sound to it. It's one solid piece of machinery and electronics. Very satisfied!
I've been wanting to buy a saber from you guys since 2014. With all the money I got for my birthday last week, I was finally able to afford it. I hope it gets here safely!

Have to split my order up for my first time buyer under $100 limit without the headache of chasing around banks, or email/fax time spent. Days of waiting for ducks to align for a major transaction to be processed. Im hoping after this first time buyer sell, I will have a much easier time ordering the ACTUAL products i am seeking instead of replacement parts first.
It took over 3 months to get my sabers delivered. Lead time said 3-4 weeks so it was a little deceiving. I tried to reach out multiple times to get more information but did not hear back from support for weeks. Finally when I got through with someone she was great though. The sabers themselves are fantastic. They are high quality and well worth the price. Just beware it will take a lot longer than you expect to get them.
Just trying to make sure it'll go to my mums house first as it is a different delivery address from my house as i'm waiting on a knee op and staying here for now
I tried to get the delivery to be sent to my mum's as I have had a knee operation and I was staying at my mum's for ease of moving about but couldn't get it sorted and wasn't a major deal but meant me having to move about with difficult after the operation
Got the saver delivered within 6 days of ordering from the site. Easy to navigate with no hassle. Need to warn more about international tax as that was not stated when i ordered to the UK.
Loved the saber, would recommend very highly. The customer service is very slow had to contact them several times to ask why it was taking so long to get my saberbut once I got through to then it was quick service.
Customer Service took a long time to respond to my email, but when they did they were very helpful and clear and were able to ship my saber quickly.
They are bright and have some good weight to them, the windows aren't comfortable and hurts but i love them
Listen. I won't deny, I am upset that it took a Paypal case file and almost two months to get my lightsaber and a response from customer service. I haven't even gotten my lightsaber from my May 8th order. However, I am very happy with the quality of the product. Despite what I have heard in other reviews, it is well made, light-weight, and the glow from the saber is top notch. The color of the orange is clear and I almost wish I got noise with the saber because it is a quality looking lightsaber. I feel like I have a Jedi lightsaber I can really fight with. I am excited to try it out. Shipping was quick and I will also say when I did get a response from customer service about my two orders, they were very accommodating and gave me an update about my order from May 8th and why it was back ordered. They also gave me options if I wanted to get my May 8th order faster. Overall, great product and I would recommend this saber for someone who wants a quality Jedi lightsaber, but their customer service and production time has still left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I am mostly understanding because of COVID, but they do need to work on those services.
Got my saber in a good amount of time considering the times we are in in the world and I'm happy with my purchase
Grandson wanted this for a early birthday gift, he is very happy! Took a little longer than the estimated timeframe but very happy to have received exactly what he ordered.
It died after about 5 uses but it was cool
It's definitely a lot of fun building and choosing the many options for the saber, you can really make it truly unique, and I'm happy with the one I've created!
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
Answer: We live in the same state and can't even get them to ship us ours. Its been 4mo with no luck
