Awful customer service. I sent over twenty emails to them over the course of three months and never received a reply back once. However, they had the audacity to send out promotional emails every 3 days. Not to mention, my MYSTERY BOX SABER, which can be any saber they have in their stock, was shipped out to me 3 months after my purchase even though I had a 3-4 week lead time. Never ordering from them again.

With the difficult time during the pandemic, the customer support is so important. Unfortunately, the query via different channels were not responded.

It won't Light Up at all even tho I have sound and fully charged Batteries
I dont even know what the issue is to fix or asked to be fix but this saber has caused me nothing but problems and I want my money back please

Ultrasabers is a great location to get lightsabers, the only downside is the long delivery time honestly. The quality of the product is great and the weight of the sabers is just wonderful to be honest.

My order arrived without a blade retention screw. When I emailed customer service I received no response. I ended up just getting one from a hardware store for 25 cents. Its not the worst thing in the world but it was still a bit annoying.

Correspondance is terrible, i still have two orders placed in may that i have yet to receive, the product itself is great however my experience with ultrasabers has been tainted by the terrible customer service that is slow and inadequate.

The wait time on the website listed 3 to 4 weeks. I canceled my order at week 9 when I had received no updates and they ignored every email when I asked for an update.

When I canceled they informed me of a 20% restocking fee. I told them I do not agree to cancel with a restocking fee. They told me ok and canceled my order with a 20% restocking fee.

Wish I would have been made away of the complications sooner, but customer service was very kind and quick with their response

I never received a response to my email to cancel the order. Good thing I ended up liking my order in the long run.

Well i order 2 lightsaber in june 11 and 1 on the 16 the one on the 16 arrive on August 3 and one of the 2 lightsaber arrive 3 day after and i can say that they are pretty amazing but im still waiting for the first one i order

Ultrasabers is an awesome company. Great quality and craftmanship in everything they offer. Their lightsabers are high quality and priced fairly especially with the customization options. I Interacted with customer service once and was pleased with my experience. Highly recommended. I will order from them again in the future.

Awesome product but took 6 weeks to process my order. Shipping was fast and was handled nicely. Definitely suggest to all Star Wars fans.

Extremely happy with my sabers! Shipping was a few weeks delayed because of COVID but I expected that. They arrived quickly after shipping and in perfect condition. Can't wait to make my next purchase.

Order took 6 weeks to ship. Tried contacting the company multiple times through email and phone but never got an answer. 2 days after I submitted a PayPal claim, I finally got a shipping label. No explanation. Quality was on point but there was no communication at all.
