Amazing lightsaber! Worth the wait!
Almost 2 months from order to receipt of sabers. Contacted customer service to check delivery time and got no response.
My order came fast and in working condition.
My last order placed came with the wrong blade and with the convertec wheel not in the location I requested. Emailed you upon delivery and no reply 60+ days later. Well made saber and would buy my third one from you but I'm currently hesitant.
It was difficult to get in touch with customer service, but when I was able to, They did a great job, combining orders and getting a missing part sent out to me. Shipping time was fast from when they told me it would be ready, but we did get stuck int he middle of the USPS slowdown. NOT the fault of Ultrasabers at all.
Great new customer service that is timely and responsive
The products I receive from ultrasabers are always great quality, and customer service helps sort out any issues I may have. I have, however, had problems with shipping gimme varying greatly. A fully custom, sound integrated, special color lightsaber? Done and in my hands in less than 10 days. A single part that they had in stock that just needed to be boxed and shipped? Ordered June 17 and received on August 14.

I have emailed customer service twice over the course of 3 weeks about an issue with the product but have received no response.
The product was originally fine but over the first week or so turned from blue to green and has been becoming increasingly dim. It has been taken care of well and not abused.
I've been a customer for about 5 years. Outside of one order that was slow due to supply chain issues, I've never had a real issue.
Easy to understand website set up and a large array of options laid out to choose from
Shipment was delayed due to COVID, went in knowing that it may take additional weeks to fulfill, spoke with support (Laura was awesome) a few times to check on status and also made a few modifications to my order. Very happy with the quality and plan to order again.
The product is amazing
I understand it called a "mystery box" but your employees should at least make sure when a customer purchases multiples that they're not the same colors. The quality of the Sabers are very good. One of the Sabers (my favorite out of the ones I received), I can't seem to find on your site so I'm not even sure what it is.
The shipping was very fast, I was not expecting it to arrive in a week and a half. When it arrived it was packaged well with lots of bubble wrap. The saber was almost perfect. The butcher was even better in person than online. It was the right color and the sound was superb but when I looked at what I ordered Ultrasabers had everything right except for the tip. I received a pointed tip instead of the round tip. The ultra edge blade is a must as the blade looks seamless and color is still super bright. All in all I was very happy with my order and would recommend Ultrasabers.
Tried to cancel my order 4 times and didn't hear anything from them, the only time I was contacted was to tell me my product was with the shipper and it would cost me more to send it back then what I spent.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
Answer: We live in the same state and can't even get them to ship us ours. Its been 4mo with no luck
