I've had multiple purchases from ultrasabers. I love their hilt designs, but I've had minor manufacturing defects on 3 out of 5 orders. One on the other hilts the speaker wasn't attached well either. Overall though, I‘m pleased and I had a lot of help from customer service. I canceled an order and was able to modify another with reasonable response time given the pandemic. They ran out of stock on one pending order and contacted me with replacement options which I was very appreciative of. That saved me 4-6 weeks of additional wait time for them to restock. I would recommend them, but I'd also wait until the world goes back to normal before ordering again.

I just received my order from Ultrasabers. I am a return customer and I must say I am disappointed with the quality control on my most recent purchase.
I first ordered from you in April 2015, and my Consular saber was great! Clean lines, awesome sound, and even if the computer app to change preferences was clunky, my awesome saber more than made up for it. I was truly happy and it has been proudly shown off at conventions and parties for five years.
So I decided to purchase another saber this year and I returned to your shop to get it done.
Attached you will find pictures of my saber as it arrived. It is a Butcher Azure. When I ordered, I did not see the option for included "authentic battle damage," and I am disappointed that it was so roughly handled and came with scratches and mars on its surface. My Consular purchased five years ago has less wear and tear on it than this new saber I received yesterday.
When I pay over $500 for something I expect it to be as close to perfect as it can be. The damage here looks like someone rolled it across the concrete floor of the factory, let their small child play with and drop it, and then hastily packed it in bubble wrap, while leaving the bottom pommel exposed and taped over and sticky as hell. The damage here is not just simple cosmetic flaws, there are scratches and gouges in the aluminum, and they don't seem like they will simply buff out.
What can be done, short of me returning my saber, to fix this situation? I have other choices for sabers, and went with your company because of your innovative features and aesthetics, but that is all compromised by the careless workmanship I witnessed in my most recent purchase. I hope to hear back from you soon with options
I received an order a few weeks after the 4 week lead time was up, and they had to change my order to something that was in stock of similar value. I wasn't thrilled about this, however I was happy with the saber they offered me, as they really do offer you the best they can. I'm overall satisfied with my purchase.
I placed my order in June and it took two months to get to me. Apparently it was overlooked and never went to be fabricated. Overall I love the quality of my saber, but the fact my order was overlooked for two months makes me hesitant to order from Ultrasabers again
Love the saber. The sounds are awesome and the lighting of the tri-blade is spectacular. The handle is bigger than I expected but definitely workable. Hard to beat such a long blade in combat along with the side blades being used effectively... Be warned though, the machined aluminum is somewhat sharp in places, and will catch skin while dueling. Shipping was quicker than I expected, and arrived in a few weeks.
Outstanding quality of blade, hilt and rgb lighting. Exactly to my specifications and would recommend highly.
Nobody would ever email me back when I asked questions. It would takes months to get something. I had to go the Facebook page just to get ahold of somebody. It honestly was a terrible customer service experience. However, the product is literally amazing and I'm so pumped to finally have it. I just wish the service was better.
It has been over three months and I have received zero communication about where my saber is. I have still not received my saber. Very frustrating.
They are so great an item my grand daughters want one as well

Love my saber just wish i could have a quick release coupler made for it.
I order another saber order number #******* on june 17 2020 and now we are in august, i email ultrasaber to see whats the status on the product, but no respond and i called there number but no one picks up because i am moving from the shipping address i provided and i would like to give them the new shipping address before they send it out but no respond from them to give the address.
After a couple emails and phone calls, I received a notification that my order was shipped. I never received any contact from customer service about my previous emails and phone calls. If you're running behind due to Covid-19, let the customer know, don't just ignore their messages

They never got back to me with my customer service inquiries. Also, I asked for no windows in the emitter and they gave me windows anyways.
I ordered a adegan silver lightsaber with color disc but never received the color disc. I'm not mad but just disappointed.
I hope the order is processed fast than the last two. Extremely slow.
It was easy to use the website, and I appreciate all the variety of sabers.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
Answer: We live in the same state and can't even get them to ship us ours. Its been 4mo with no luck
Simply put, we make awesome lightsabers. The bottom line to Ultra Sabers is quality of product, affordability, and superb customer service.
