I have ordered from UltraSabers before, so going in, I knew that it was going to take a while, but in my opinion the product is worth the wait.
As expected, it was very difficult to get a hold of customer service. I emailed about five times and called twice. But once I was able to get ahold of someone, they were very prompt, friendly, and efficient. They looked into why my order wasn't sent out and got it sent out either same day or the next day.
Big shout out to Nichole on emails and Will on Facebook chat!
Overall, shopping was easy and the product was fantastic. The wait time was a few weeks longer than originally told, but Customer Service was extremely helpful in finding out what the hold up was and getting it sent on its way.

The product came in perfect condition. But the waiting was extremely long and no one replied to my emails to provide status of my order. I read other reviews of unresponsive issues with your company and it's all the same, the product is amazing, but zero customer service.
I ordered a Mystery Box with sound, and got a Manticore hilt With Sentinel Pommel and Renegade Emitter. Standard blue blade and Lite sound (which means I can't modify the sounds, but also I wasn't planning to do so anyway) Very cool! It took about 6 weeks to arrive, things are slowed down a bit because of the pandemic.

My only problem is that you basically cant rely on the customer service I tried calling and emailing and no one ever answers overall the lightsaber came perfect
My lightsaber is amazing and I am very happy with it. What I am not happy with is the customer service from Ultra Sabers. I was told that my saber should arrive between 3 to 4 weeks, it arrived after 2 months. After about 5/6 weeks I emailed the company inquiring if they knew when it would be mailed or delivered and they never responded. The products are great, I just wish there would be better communication with the customers.
Let me start off by saying the product is amazing but the customer service is horrible, I left three emails with no response I even tried calling but you can guess how that one, also my order was wrong the switch on the hilts on my custom sabers are incorrect not the one I ordered I also sent you an email about that but again no response. For the amount of money I spent I'm entitled to at least an update on my order and a response, not to feel like you just want my money and that's it.
I sent my Catalyst and Sentinel in to get fixed. Me and my 5 brothers go pretty hard fighting with them and occasionally something breaks. They always come back in perfect condition, ready to take a beating. Ultra Sabers also has the best customer service and makes the most durable sabers
I ordered a dark apprentice v5 w/Bane's heart and I got orange. I understand these things happen during covid, I just wish this could've been resolved sooner.
I'm obsessed with these sabers, i'm definitely going to purchase more. I even convinced my friend to purchase one as well, and she loves it. Fully recommend
Sure, it took a long time to get here, but it was worth the wait. The saber is nice to look at and feels great in my hands. And lighting it up puts a grin on my face every time.

I loved the saber and was great price since I got the mystery box. Because of the pandemic shipping will take a while. I mean people shouldn't be hurting Ultrasaber's reviews because they have been doing their best during the pandemic so 5 stars for them. Amazing saber quality too!
