So I purchased from and was told 3-4 weeks. I totally understand that especially with how things are currently. 2 months, 5 emails, couple of tweets couple of phone calls and I got absolutely no response from them. Filed a complaint with the BBB and still no response. When I went down to the bank to have them investigate I got an email saying it's on it's way. It arrived today and it's ok. The battery shakes inside the hilt but I'm going to address that myself cause I'm definitely not going to contact them about it. Future purchases will come from another place. And all of this could have been avoided if they had reached out to me with some updates. Avoid this place.
They Never Shipped My Order, they never replied to any of my messages or emails. I had to file a paypal dispute and they still did not respond and I eventually got my money back from Paypal on the last date of the dispute.
This is a shady company that is trying to scrape money from us and hold on to it as long as possible.
Took few months for the order to ship but was well worth the wait

I never got my items at all
Wonderful products, but awful customer service. It's a bit frustrating with the disparity between the two.

I placed my order June 6th 2020 and I have waited some time to still get my order. I'm starting to become upset that it's taking so long to get my order. I have reached out to see if maybe there was some delay but no one has bothered to reach out to me, it shows my order is still being processed so I am trying to be patient but it's frustrating.

People say the customer service is bad, that I agree. With the bad times around the world, everyone has to realize that many parts come from China, so yeah there will be delays. It did take alittle over a month to get mine, but the saber was a blast and was a $200 mystery saber. But thats was my experience.
The blade fell out but I was able to fix it. Also nobody responded to any phone calls and emails I sent. All though it took 6 weeks to come it was great and I love it.
Overall a great experience. Took a bit longer than 4 weeks to process, but once it did everything was smooth. Will probably order from them again.

Took forever to get a reply, and then upon my request that wasnt followed up for months, and finally after I almost forgot about it.I messaged one more time 2 weeks ago and my product finally arrived.

The saber is cool and the product as expected. My main problem was that the saber was on Processing status for two months, and they did not even answer to 3 different emails asking for the order. I can understand that the savers are delayed due to the Covid problem but answering an email and have a good customer service shouldn't have nothing to do with Covid. Being fair once they processed the order the delivery was very fast. So it took me two months to get the saber.
I had bought my lightsaber and had heard nothing for weeks about if it was shipped or not. I emailed twice and about 3 weeks later they responded to one of my 2 emails. On week 4 I got my tracking info and my lightsaber had shipped. I waited another week for it to arrive and I am very satisfied with my product. The wait is worth it
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
