Great quality product, love the sabers I recieved in the mystery boxes. But trying to reach anyone is impossible and processing time is insanely slow
Their product is great
Everything with my saber was fine, except the blade kept falling out. Even when the blade retention screw was fully tightened. The only way I could keep the blade in was with glue, and now I have a saber with a blade that doesn't come out. Pretty disappointing. But I still do recommend getting one, just be prepared for it to have some quirks.

I finally received my saber and was very happy with it. However, customer service isn't very good. You cannot call the number it says its not correct. And email well it took 3 emails to finally get an email back. I understand the current pandemic but that doesnt explain why the number doesnt work and slow response to emails.
Its always slow but they do come and I enjoy the products.
Love love love love love this saber. It's everything I wanted in a saber and more - definitely go diamond and get all the light and sound functions you could EVER want - including gesture recognition. This thing can really put on a show. And it's absolutely beautiful, lightweight, and feels great in my hand. Perfect!
Greetings - i love your products - i have left a couple of emails, including one about the Domincide i just received and have a broken piece from it... waiting for a response on that one.
The fallen in black was not Available, took a few messages and 8 weeks to have news from the customer service. You offered to replace the fallen black by the fallen blue. I received the order and had to switch the connections for the light color module because it was inverted.
Not the worst experience i had but not the better neither.
You have a great product. Your customer service stinks. If you would give the customer an idea of shipping timeframe, that would likely decrease the negative reviews that you receive. I emailed customer service several times, both emails, several weeks after ordering - and got no response. My kids love your lightsabers but the shopping experience needs some work. It's not difficult, you can hire a Virtual Assistant to review emails and respond for you. It would be a worthy investment for you and fix a lot of your problems.

There was 2 months without any communication. I understand that with everything happening delays are expected but there is no excuse for not sending so much as a "hey we are waiting on parts to fill orders and will update when they come in" especially when they are sending out add email's daily. I tried contacting through phone that went straight to voicemail, email that never was responded to, and social media that was also never responded to. I was about to call my credit card company and issue a charge back when they finally arrived. Great product, horrid customer service.

So far I've bought 3 grab bag sabers and love them. So know I'm going for a mystery box. I've recommended Ultra Sabers to several of my friends.
Took longer than expected but it was worth it.
The Lightsaber is well crafted, but the delivery time took about two months and i didn't receive the color discs i ordered initially. I emailed a few times and called but only was answered after pressing and a couple of emails. Once they got in touch, it was smooth and the issue was resolved easily.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
