It was great there was an issue where I had to tell them what I got but becides that it was good
Customer Service was nonexistent (email and phone calls) until I contacted someone via Messenger on Facebook. Once someone emailed me back, the transaction was great! They were a huge help and got our revised order out in no time. My son absolutely loves his lightsaber that he worked so hard to pay for!
Quick and easy. Grandson was extremely thrilled with the construction of the Saber. To date he believes it's the ones used in the movies.
The Saber is even better than I had hoped. Looks incredible even turned off.
On the down side. Emails and Phone calls go unanswered. Need to make 4 to 6 week manufacturing time more prominent.

I sent 2 emails regarding my order and never recived a reply. I there was a special code for those who had an order that went over $400 to get a free item. I didn't realize that until completed my order. I sent 2 emails asking if it could be honored and never recived a reply.
Took about 2 months to get. Ordered 2 mystery boxes and got the exact same lightsaber in both boxes. Such a mystery
Perfect gift will buy another in the near future
A few of us all chipped in to buy a lightsaber for our friend for his birthday, and the way he laughed and thanked us all for it was nothing short of adorable. It was so worth it. And the lightsaber was wonderful.
There is an internet smear campaign being led by a handful of haters who are attempting to trash the reputation of UltraSabers and drive away customers. DO NOT BELIEVE all the negativity about this great company. While their communication could use some improvement, this company is NOT scamming anyone or ripping anyone off as these haters are saying. UltraSabers does A LOT for their customers, and they are fairly priced. If you have placed an order or are planning to place an order, do so with confidence, but also with PATIENCE. There is a lot going on right now with delays and whatnot, but you will most likely have a great experience with this company.
I am very satisfied with my order, took longer than expected to arrive, but overall I am very pleased
I had to order it twice because I payed through amazon and Ultrasabers didnt receive the payment so I had to request a refund from amazon and ordered it again, this time paying Ultrasabers directly. After that I received my lightsaber in about two weeks and it was in perfect condition.
Placed 2 orders on the 1st part of June and just got one of the orders. I have attempted to contact this seller multiple times by phone and email and have gotten no response. The order that arrived was a mystery box that is suppose to be a min 75$ product but from what i can see i got a 60$ product.
None existent customer service.
21/2 months to get one order.
Order was less than what was suppose to be guaranted.
Really disappointed so far.
Customer service was awful. Websites never updated eith new lead times and items that are out of stock. I put in order in to get email back 3 months later saying they were out of stock on that item. When I finally get my order it's missing a cover tech wheel. And the retention screws are cheap and strip easy. Tried asking for replacement part or a repair and never heard anything. I do not recommend this company. I will never buy another saber fronultrasabers again.
Large selection of lightsabers, and I'm happy with my selection but I would love to see more personalization in the future
My saber was great until it stopped working and despite several emails and calls I've been unable to reach anyone at ultra sabers about the warranty
