The customization and ordering process was easy and very intuitive.
The product is absolutely amazing and a true work of art! However I did not receive the wrench I ordered, I also ordered a pointed tip and received a round tip. The blade on my "DUELING" lightsaber came out completely within the first week just from spinning and I didn't have the wrench to fix and tighten it. I have since fixed the issue but considering the amount of money I paid for the product it was irritating that happened so quickly in the first place. I have also not had a single response from my voicemails or emails regarding this. Overall the product is great but the customer service was nonexistent and I don't see myself using Ultrasabers for my next purchase unless I get some type of a response.
It took about 2 months to come in, and didn't get a response when I checked in after a month. Other than that, it feels like good quality and looks really cool
Great customization options! The checkout page did not quiet load properly the first time and I had to refresh it. I love the the final outcome!

Hello, my $75 Random Mystery Box order has arrived!
Order was placed on the 23rd of June 2020, complete on the 20th of august 2020 and delivered 24th august.
Quite impressed by Fedex speed. Shame they just left it on my doorstep and tried to charge me extra.
But back to the saber(sabre).
I got an AEON V3 with arctic blue leds and a Silver Non-Illuminated AV Switch stunt saber 4 AAA batteries setup.
The hilt is nicely machined and has good weight, I like the two choke points and it's big maybe too big for me.
The arctic blue I'm not a big fan of, it's okay but a bit wishy-washy, insipid even. But today as I was using it the batteries ran down a bit and only powered the green LED and wow that is so much better. Could I mod Just to run one?
Glad I got it, it was certainly worth the money and it has given me a better Idea of what I want and don't want.

Had no problems with Ultrasabers customer Service Support I didn't bother them and they didn't bother me!
After receiving this email. I never received my product. I tried communicating through email and phone. No response to either. It has been a month and nothing. I want my product or a refund. My next step will be to contact PayPal.
The saber I received was amazing
I just got my saber after a two-month wait. Never did anyone answer my calls or emails. I had no idea if it would ever even come. But i do like the saber itself so if you really want to spend and wait it is worth it
Lead times are really long but understandable due to covid
Amazing product! Took a while but that's ok, customer service never responded.
I placed an order, and after a couple of weeks I hadn't heard anything. I expected a normal transaction from a professional company.
I tried to contact them. I left many emails with no response. Eventually I canceled my order. They did not respond to that either. So I disputed the charge with Paypal. Ultrasabers did not respond to that either. Eventually I won the dispute and am done with Ultrasabers for life.
Reasonable shipping speed and great product quality.
Delivery time was extremely excessive but it was during a pandemic so allowances must be made. However I was lead to believe these times are standard regardless of corona. I ordered a belt clip for one of the Sabers and it never arrived, I have contacted ultra Sabers twice regarding this with no reply, the reply's from this company are well below expectations, taking multiple emails and weeks for a simple update. I have to say I am not entirely happy with the service and would not order from them again. I paid extra for certain things on one saber... I am extremely unhappy that it was not provided with the order. Also, fedex delivery was horrific, they signed my name and stated the package was delivered when they left it in the warehouse, delivering it the next day with no apology and no explanation how my surname was signed on the receipt a day early.
The color I ordered was arctic blue the color looks more turquoise
I understand in the time of COVID that there are delays and we need to be patient but there was a good 6 weeks with NO communication from the company where no one responded to my request for an update. I believe they lost access to their customer service emails due to complications with a former employee, but it took several more weeks to rectify the issues and when I did finally receive contact from the company, I had TWO folks contact me, which was nice. Rest assured, you will get your saber and you will love it, it just takes patience.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
Answer: We live in the same state and can't even get them to ship us ours. Its been 4mo with no luck
Simply put, we make awesome lightsabers. The bottom line to Ultra Sabers is quality of product, affordability, and superb customer service.
